艾滋病患者坠亡 妻诉医院讨“尊严”
原定于昨日审理的胡丽（化名）诉个旧市传染病医院监护不力致丈夫坠楼死亡案，因故临时搁浅。但这对艾滋病夫妻的故事，仍值得我们一听。去年8月，胡丽的丈夫秦通（化名）在个旧市传染病医院坠楼死亡。胡丽说，过去的日子，她和丈夫活得艰难，“一个艾滋病人的生命渺小如蚂蚁，丈夫的死没有获得尊严。”

通过注射毒品 都染上艾滋病
艾滋病夫妻的生活是艰辛的，“找不到工作，干不了重活，谁也不要我们。”
31岁的胡丽看起来比实际年龄苍老不少。她说，如今世界上只有自己一个人了，她不敢出门，怕看见认识自己的人，“过去不管我去哪里找工作，过不了三天就会被辞掉。仿佛个旧市的每个人，都知道我曾经吸毒、患有艾滋病的事。”关于人生的“沦落”，胡丽认为和自己10岁就失去母亲有关。
1997年，在个旧市大屯采选厂，她认识了大自己5岁的秦通，但那段时间，两颗心并没有碰撞。胡丽没有想到，当年那个看起来健康帅气的男子，会在10年后成为自己的丈夫。“我贪玩，不想干活，太苦，于是离开了厂里。”紧接着，秦通也离开采选厂去了昆明，在父母的安排下学习厨艺，之后去丽江开了一家饭馆。两人一别便是7年。在这7年当中，胡丽在昆明大板桥劳教所度过了3年。2005年，在大屯镇集市，两人又遇见了。“我们聊过去的几年都去了哪，聊为什么会吸毒。”胡丽说，交往中，两人毫不掩饰自己的吸毒史。“在注射毒品的过程中，我们感染了艾滋病。”

凌晨3时30分，个旧市传染病医院出具了秦通跳楼死亡的通知单。个旧市建设路派出所的民警随后也赶到现场进行了调查。
2009年11月23日，胡丽和秦通的父母以医院监护不力为由，向个旧市人民法院递交了民事诉讼状，请求法院判令医院支付丧葬费、死亡赔偿金和精神抚慰金共计20余万元。在起诉状中，原告称：秦通到医院治疗，被告应在自己的责任范围内保障患者的人身安全。秦通接受的是特级护理，按照规定，值班医生该全面及时了解患者的情况，但当晚值班医生却不知道患者行踪，存在明显不负责任的情况。
建设路派出所所长王浩介绍，警方当时根据现场勘查，确定秦通系跳楼死亡而非意外死亡。而胡丽不相信丈夫会寻死：“他去4楼开窗户，只是为了看我回来了没有。”

个旧市传染病医院院长文继昆介绍说，个旧市传染病医院总共住了500多名艾滋病患者，这些艾滋病患者的心理状态有一个共同点：“他们的心理都出现了一定程度的扭曲。具体表现在厌世、轻生，没有勇气活下去，甚至报复社会。”

现在，胡丽靠政府发放的每月255元的低保度日，婆婆家每月接济给她一袋米一桶油。“我丈夫死得很清白，我也会坚强地活下去。我想通过官司告诉外界，艾滋病人是多么受人歧视。”
