艾防工作者的苦辣酸甜

艾滋病是人类生存和发展的严重威胁，全球与艾滋病的斗争在不断的发展和深入。在我区，有一支以红丝带命名的志愿者队伍是全区艾滋病防治（简称“艾防”）工作的主力军。这支队伍于2007年建立，成员主要为我区各医疗卫生机构年轻的医务人员。
自1998年我区发现首例艾滋病病毒感染者以来，新发艾滋病病毒感染人数不断增加。几年前，艾滋病仍以静脉吸毒感染为主。由于艾滋病患者及普通人群对该病的防患意识不足，到了2010年，通过性行为途径感染艾滋病病毒的人数超过总发现数的70%。这意味着艾滋病正由艾滋病感染高风险人群向普通大众人群扩散。同时也意味着单靠防疫站工作者在艾滋病防控“前线”的奋力拼搏已经力不从心。这项工作需要所有人的共同关注和参与。
据红丝带志愿者的队长杨燕君说，相对于其他传染病的防控工作，艾滋病的防控可谓一个世界难题。由于该病目前尚未有根治的办法，许多患者怀疑自己已患病时不敢说也不敢去检测、治疗，生怕别人知道了，自己会受歧视。事实上，艾滋病虽无法治愈，但可以治疗，若能早期发现，按目前的医疗技术已能较好地控制此病。最重要的是，如果提高意识，做足防范措施，防患艾滋病也不是难事。
红丝带志愿者在前线的防控工作，普通人群一般难以知晓，其中的苦辣酸甜只有他们自己了解和明白。在遇到困难时，他们相互探讨相互安慰相互鼓励，看着一个个艾滋病患者能与正确的态度面对疾病面对生活，看着越来越多的高危人群能够有意识地防患艾滋病，看着普通百姓不再“谈艾色变”，志愿者们乐在其中。
谈到2010年开始深入社区基层的日常外展工作，志愿者小李以例讲述了艾滋病防控工作的苦辣酸甜。针对发廊等低档消费场所的干预服务工作是艾滋病防控的一个重点和难点。这些地方的性工作者一般年龄偏大、文化程度普遍偏低、流动性更强、艾滋病性病防治知识较为缺乏、安全套使用率较低。
面对这样的挑战，“苦”是难免要面对的滋味。根据性工作者的活动特点，志愿者们的干预服务工作得在夜间9点以后才开始，一般至少要到凌晨12点后才能收队，凌晨1点才打道回府也是常有的事。由于许多志愿者是医院里的护士，不少人在做完艾滋病防控工作后还得回单位继续值班到天亮，甚至到中午。
由于失足妇女流动性大，队员们时常要走很远的路，深入不计其数的狭窄小巷，去寻找一个个干预服务对象。这不仅需要志愿者们有坚强的毅力，更需有善于沟通的技巧才能够与文化层次普遍低下的站街女们沟通得了。这一点，去年被评为“番禺区医德医风先进个人”的阿华是个典范。按队友们的描述，阿华是队伍中的“辣妹子”，为人不仅豪爽，做事工作效率高，待人也十分亲切实在，这使她相比其他志愿者们更能快速得到站街女们的信任。
工作过程中，还有许多令人心酸的事。小廷是队伍里最积极参与各种干预服务活动的志愿者之一。曾有一次，在夜间干预服务行动后，小廷第二天就病倒了。大家还在纳闷前一晚还活跃地跑了许多地方的她，怎会突然生病。后来深入了解才知道小廷生病已经好长一段时间了，她一直没好好治疗，总是带病参加活动。类似的事情，总让队员们相互感动，相互鼓励。
要说做这样工作能够感受到的甜，那应该就是显而易见的成绩了。在红丝带队伍的共同努力和各社区医疗机构的帮助下，我区艾滋病感染高风险人群对艾滋病防范意识已逐渐提高，许多原先抗拒接受帮助的失足妇女，现在都能够主动咨询相关知识，主动要求艾滋病筛查检测。红丝带志愿者们希望越来越多的人能够参与艾滋病防控工作，共同攻克这一世界难题。
