早服药预防传播艾滋效果将超过96％

　　  新华社专电 一些艾滋病研究人员１８日说，在感染艾滋病初期服药以预防病毒传播的效果超过预期。

　　今年５月，一个国际团队发布的ＨＰＴＮ ０５２临床试验结果显示，在感染艾滋病病毒初期、人体免疫系统受影响不大的情况下，服用抗逆转录病毒药物可以将病毒传播的风险降低９６％。

　　研究人员在９个国家征集１７６３对年龄至少１８岁的伴侣参与研究，每对伴侣中只有一人染有艾滋病病毒。这些伴侣被随机分配至两个小组中。第一组称为立即治疗组，病毒感染者加入这一组后立即接受抗逆转录病毒药物治疗。第二组为延迟治疗组，病毒感染者在免疫细胞数量下降至世界卫生组织起始治疗标准线时开始接受抗逆转录病毒药物治疗。

　　初步试验结果显示，延迟治疗组出现２８例感染病例，而立即治疗组只出现一例。研究人员因此得出结论，称早服药使病毒传播风险降低９６％。

　　不过，１８日发布的最新统计结果显示，立即治疗组中唯一一例感染病例出现在试验初期，原因是抗逆转录病毒药物尚未压制患病伴侣体内的病毒。

　　因此，主持试验的北卡罗来纳大学教授迈伦·科恩判断，服药一段时间后，“预防传播的效率将超过９６％”。（完）
