如果今年中国房地产价格不降，股市指数不会上涨。
反之房地产价格下降，股指上涨。
道理非常简单，因为目前中国的投资资金只看眼前的利益。房地产市场能够获利，自然投向房地产市场，为什么要投资股市。
Forecast the relationship of stock market to real estate market of China this year.
If the price of real estate do not drop this year, the index of stock market can not rise.
By contraries if the price of real estate fall, the index of stock market go up.
The reason is so simple that today investment fund in China only care about instant profit. If investors can make profit from real estate market, why go to stock market?
