Dear Chen I Wan,
I am a french mathematician working in Montpellier indepently of the
well-known university. I have done several works in the field of Riemann
Hypothesis, without making other french mathematicians interested by my
works (I saw particularly Jean-Pierre Kahane). I am particularly interested
by Jiang's theory of Jiuang function, which is said by academicians to be
irrelevant for "serious" mathematics.
I knew the last week that you had an interest for Jiang's work (in fact a
collegue told me that you talked about Jiang on the internet).
I found three months ago a work of the french Jean-Pierre Balan who I never
saw, who studied similar functions of Jiang and particularly prime zeta
function. I briefly compelled his work with Jiang's in a short paper I send
here to you (see the pdf joined).
Regards,
Laurent Schadeck.
