大家好！今天转载《中国艾滋病性病》2003年8月第8卷增刊登载的论文《艾滋病中医论治探析》一文，以供同道交流赐教！
艾滋病（AIDS）为目前首要危害人类生命健康疾病之一，采用中医辨证与科研结合的方法，将AIDS纳入中医肾疰恶毒等病范畴论治；使用我部发明专利新药康生丹治疗，取得显著疗效，特此介绍。
1.辨证用药
1.1：以毒攻毒，抗艾滋病病毒（HIV）
应用狼毒、蜈蚣、全蝎等；以毒攻毒，使细胞处于中毒状态，阻断HIV与免疫细胞结合，从而抑制、杀灭HIV。
1.2：化瘀解毒，清泄HIV
临床选用阿魏、血竭、穿山甲等；化瘀解毒，使血分中毒缓解，并赖气运而清泄HIV，使其外达。
1.3：扶正固本，增强免疫
临证选用鹿茸、西洋参、鳖甲等；扶助正本，恢复元阳，使肝肾先天充沛，以促进肺脾诸脏腑气机协调，从而恢复免疫。
1.4：控制症状，缓解病情
临症选用青黛、三尖杉、石龙邹（-）等；可控制症状，缓解病情。

3.临症体会
艾滋病属于中医肾疰恶毒、肾疰鬼毒等范畴，见于《本草三家合注评释》。选用发明专利新药康生丹治疗取得显著疗效；因为该药将对抗HIV、杀灭HIV与增强免疫结合而科学组方，研究十余年并经动物实验证实而临床应用，才会取得如此疗效。
