不患感冒关键在预防


 

  一、自我防护。感冒多是病从鼻入,一年四季坚持冷水洗脸,睡前用热水洗脚,能帮助提高身体抗病能力,有利于预防感冒;注意保暖,及时掌握天气变化,根据天气添衣御寒;加强体育锻炼,增强适应环境的能力和身体的免疫力,经常性的有氧运动有骑车、快走、爬山、游泳等;多喝水或一定量的果汁;在感冒流行期间尽量少去人口稠密的地方,养成饭前便后洗手的习惯,尽量提醒自己少摸脸,手毕竟是病毒最容易触及的地方,稍一疏忽,喷嚏就会接踵而至;勤晒被褥,因为被褥上人体蒸发的汗水和油脂浸渍受潮后细菌病毒易繁殖生长,常晒被褥可借太阳光中的紫外线杀死细菌病毒,对预防感冒有好处。
