1.艾滋病病毒不断变异
目前，全球艾滋病疫苗研究的最大挑战，就是研制可靠的能抑制艾滋病病毒的抗体。
然而艾滋病病毒不断变异，很难找到“以不变应万变”的抗体。最近,法国巴斯德研究所科学家成功地在兔子身上获得可以阻止多种艾滋病病毒入侵的抗体。但这种抗体对人体是否有效和安全，仍有待进一步研究。
2.病毒基因具有多样性
