自2007年8月美国次贷危机爆发以来，持续大跌的美国股市已经连累世界各国股市半年多连续大跌； 同时次贷危机还不断引发了欧美日等发达国家的投资基金和投资银行的一连串巨额亏损和坏帐； 而且这种影响和危害并没有出现停止的现象，并且还在不断延伸和扩大。 事实证明全球性的金融危机已经发生，而且如果继续扩大，有可能引发全球整体性经济危机。

On July 22, 2007 we wrote one article to predict that one global crisis of finance and investment
market would happen in 2008 or 2009.

Since August 2007
dragged global stock market down over half an year. Meantime
series of huge losses and bad debts of international banks and investment firms in the world. Till
today we do not find the end of the credit crisis, these credit crisis are still extending and enlarging
now. These facts proved that global crisis of finance and investment market has happened
already. If we cannot manage and control the credit crisis, the crisis will be change into global
economy crisis in the future.
We have investigated the result that there are nobody and no organization predicted it would happen
one global crisis of finance and investment in 2008 or 2009 before July 22,2007 through search
engine like google. We have no global statistic data, we are not sure that we must be the earliest
and only one of that predicator. Therefore we announce that probably we are the earliest and only
