河南有效遏制艾滋蔓延 现症病人全得到有效治疗

中新社郑州一月十八日电(记者 李志全)河南省卫生厅厅长刘学周十八日在此间表示，该省艾滋病防治稳步推进，并有效遏制了艾滋病疫情的蔓延，现症病人全部得到及时有效的治疗。
刘学周在当日举行的全省卫生工作会议上作此表述。他说，二00八年，河南重大传染病防治工作持续加强，传染病疫情保持稳定态势，艾滋病、结核病、肝炎均得到有效控制。其间，该省全面落实“四免一关怀”政策，坚持和完善“一个机制、三大体系”的防治模式，有效遏制了艾滋病疫情的蔓延，现症病人全部得到及时有效的抗病毒治疗、抗机会感染治疗及中医药治疗，重点村和所有患者家庭都得到全方位的帮扶救助，增强了病人及其家属对生活的信心，提高了综合防艾效果。
据介绍，去年河南投入六千七百五十万元人民币(下同)，为全省所有市、县级疾病预防控制中心实验室配备检验、检测设备三千六百台，全面提升了该省疾病控制机构现场流行病学及实验室检测能力。同时，投入一点三亿元，为全省统一招标采购疫苗及注射用具等。其中，关于艾滋病防治应用研究进一步深化，“中医药防治艾滋病研究”等获得国家“十一五”科技支撑立项。
刘学周表示，二00九年河南将进一步推动扩大国家免疫规划的落实，全面抓好艾滋病、结核病、霍乱、肝炎、人感染高致病性禽流感等重大传染病防治工作，传染病疫情持续保持稳定态势。此外，还将深入开展“亿万农民健康促进行动”和全民健康生活方式，不断扩大健康教育覆盖面。(完)
