广西新闻网讯（记者韦夏）　昨日凌晨，南宁读者李先生和张先生分别打通本报“大家健康”热线，反映了他们遭遇的同一个问题，在与艾滋病人接触中，由于种种原因，他们的皮肤曾受伤出血、红肿，那么，他们会不会染上艾滋病毒呢？

针对这一情况，南宁市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病与慢性病防制科副科长陈世海认为，李先生和张先生遭遇的情况，最多是接触到了艾滋病人的汗液和唾液，是不会感染艾滋病毒的。

劝架被指甲刮伤

李先生告诉记者，10月9日晚，他与一群朋友喝酒，闹到10月10日凌晨4时，这个时候，两个朋友发生口角，其中一人是艾滋病毒携带者。李先生上前劝架，双手抱着那名艾滋病毒携带者的肚子，在推打中，艾滋病毒携带者又长又尖的指甲划伤了李先生的右手臂。

“我的伤口又红又肿，当时也有出血，请问记者，我会不会感染艾滋病毒？”

无独有偶，张先生也慌慌张张地给记者来电。10月10日上午，他给一名男顾客理发。临走时，那名男顾客说自己是艾滋病人。

听到这个消息，张先生愣了一下，马上将所有的理发用具拿热水清洗消毒。由于受到惊吓，他清洗剃须刀的时候，不小心割到了右手的食指，虽然刀口不深，但是也出了很多血。他不停地问记者：“我会不会染上艾滋病？我会不会有事？我要不要做有关艾滋病的检查？”

汗液唾液不会传播艾滋病毒

南宁市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病与慢性病防制科副科长陈世海告诉记者，李先生跟艾滋病人一起进餐，后被病人的指甲所伤，是不会染上艾滋病的，其充其量只是接触到艾滋病人的唾液和手指上的汗液。而张先生给病人理发，也是只能接触到艾滋病人的头部汗液。因此，他们都不会染上艾滋病毒。

陈世海进一步解释说，市民要判断自己是否感染艾滋病毒，要看三个方面：首先，看被接触者是否是病毒携带者；其次，艾滋病人传播病毒必须是通过血液、精液、阴道分泌物、乳汁的方式；第三，正常人接触到这些体液之后，还要看这些体液里病毒的数量和灭活环境，才能判断是否有传染的可能。

比如，蚊子吸了艾滋病人的血后，艾滋病毒在其体内是不发育也不繁殖，这个携带艾滋病毒的蚊子再去叮咬正常人，吐出来的是蚊子的唾液，而不是血，因此，被携带艾滋病毒的蚊子叮咬也不会感染艾滋病。

陈世海提醒说，如果市民确实感染了艾滋病毒，可以到疾病预防控制中心进行免费的VCT检测，还可以咨询专家。目前，全世界的科学家都在研究艾滋病毒的预防疫苗，相信今后预防艾滋病和预防狂犬病一样，在感染期就能将病毒消灭掉。
