男子嫖妓后天天担心染艾滋 竟得心理疾病

“蒙主任，我还是感觉身体不舒服，是不是真有问题哟？”前日上午，重医附一院心理卫生门诊，25岁的张欢(化名)垂头丧气地坐在凳子上，大声叹息，两眼无神地看着蒙华庆主任.
小伙自认感染艾滋
张欢是沙坪坝区某机械厂工人，9月10日是他生日，酒后在几个兄弟伙怂恿下，他们一起走进一个路边发廊。“酒醒后，我非常后悔。”提起两个月前的那次冲动，张欢一脸痛苦。
第二天，张欢就感觉自己“遭了”，越想越害怕的他到西南医院做了艾滋病检测，结果显示没有问题。张欢忐忑不安地回到家里，整天不吃不喝，始终感觉自己感染了艾滋病。
“两个月内，我基本上走遍全市的大医院和疾控中心，结果都显示正常。”张欢说，其间，他经历了浑身时冷时热、腰酸背痛、全身发痒、整夜失眠等症状，体重也从160斤减到130斤。
张欢固执认为自己已经患上艾滋，曾几次想了结生命。
原是焦虑抑郁障碍
10月底，在父母带领下，身体消瘦、萎靡不振的张欢来到重医附一院心理中心。
了解张欢的情况后，蒙主任亲自带他到医院做了检查。“他是患上了焦虑抑郁障碍。”蒙主任说，通过谈话，从张欢的神情和反应中，他判定张欢是自己把自己吓坏了，过度的紧张和高度关注，已经让他丧失理智。
经过半个多月的药物和心理治疗，张欢的疑虑打消许多。“估计在两个月后，他的症状才会在经过规范治疗后逐渐消失。”蒙主任说。
年轻人要洁身自好
“我已经接诊过10多名这样的心理疾病患者。”蒙主任说，他们都是因为一时冲动或丧失理智做了错事，随后就胡乱自我诊断患上艾滋病。
蒙主任说，年轻人一定要学会洁身自好，不要因为一时冲动放任自己，更不要在失去理智后再丧失理智，过分担心、关注，甚至对身体出现的一些症状盲目对号入座，自己吓自己。
他提醒市民，要相信正规医院的医学检查和医生的诊断，避免过分紧张。
