焦作市卫生局开展上半年艾滋病防治多部门联合督导

    为做好本次督导工作，市艾防办制定了详细的督导方案和督导考核标准，组成了由市防艾委成员单位的领导、联络员及市疾控中心的专业技术人员组成的5个督导组，召开了专题会议。采取听取工作汇报、现场查阅档案资料、相关人员座谈、随机抽样调查等方式从组织领导方面、宣传教育与行为干预方面、救助与救治方面、报告与管理方面、艾滋病知识知晓率方面进行督导。在看到成绩的同时也发现了存在的问题：一是有些地方尽管结合本地实际情况，制定了工作计划，也做了大量的工作，但痕迹资料欠缺；二是个别单位工作责任心不强，重视程度不够，存在着麻痹思想，并且资料收集不完整；三是个别乡镇、街道存在宣传面较窄的现象，村民艾滋病知识知晓率有待于提高；四是高危场所干预工作只停留在表面，不够深入。（局疾控科）
