--青艾工程全国首家基地落户成都，性教育从幼儿园抓起
11月3日，中国青少年艾滋病防治教育工程（简称：青艾工程）全国首家基地落户成都大学，成都市金牛区、汶川一小等21所学校同时挂牌青艾小屋。青艾工程形象大使白岩松先生到会祝贺。中国教育学会副秘书长马建华先生，代表青艾工程的联合主办单位（中华慈善总会和中国教育学会）出席并向成都大学周激流校长颁发青艾工程基地铭牌，白岩松向地震之后坚持开展性健康教育的汶川一小颁青艾小屋牌。青艾工程的两位发起人张银俊女士、李扁先生一同出席。成都市教育局、金牛区教育局、四川省及成都市慈善总会的领导也出席了活动。
张银俊在发言中说，艾滋病防治问题，受到党和国家领导人的高度重视。胡锦涛总书记曾经批示："艾滋病防治是关系到我中华民族素质和国家兴亡的大事，各级党政领导需要提高认识，动员全社会，从教育入手，立足预防，坚决遏制其蔓延势头。"据青艾工程共同发起人、办公室主任张银俊介绍，艾滋病在我国的流行，已经从高危人群传播到普通人群，传播方式已经从血液传播为主转变到以性传播为主。所以，中华民族的性安全特别重要，毫无疑问，性安全是国家安全和民族安全的重要组成部分，关系到中华民族素质和国家兴亡。但是，性教育的问题，由于种种原因，目前总体来说，还处在讳莫如深的状态。虽然媒体一直在呼吁，家长也都很焦虑，但到目前为止，还是一个重大社会问题，远远没有得到全面解决。
张银俊说，青艾工程，是通过挂牌青艾小屋，给学校一个平台，一个办法，一个助缘，来加强性健康教育，来解决家长的困惑，来解决多年来应试教育思维所造成的对于性教育的禁锢和排斥。青艾小屋有十项基本功能。新挂牌的小屋，可以从其中的一项或几项功能入手，逐渐升级。比如说，"牌房师书课，社影讲家功"十项功能的第九项，是家长课堂。如果把这个功能做好，这个学校的所有学生家长都能扫盲，整个小环境就得到了彻底的改善。一个社区的情况就不同了。这就是根据地。星星之火，可以燎原。我们只有这样，一个学校、一个学校，一个社区、一个社区的改变这个历史局面。到了一定程度，就会势如破竹，后面的工作，就会好做了。先扫好了一屋，我们就不愁天下了。
青艾工程基地的作用之一，是指导各间小屋的发展。这次，主办单位把全国首家青艾工程基地挂牌在成都大学，就因为，成都大学在这方面有非常厚实的基础。成都大学成立了四川省性教育师资发展研究中心，首席专家胡珍教授是国内最有代表性的性教育专家之一。她辗转多所高校，坚持二十余年，矢志探索适合我国国情、四川省省情的大中小学性健康教育之路，取得了丰硕的学术成果，获得了国家教育科学重大成果奖。四川省教育厅则开全国之先例，支持胡珍教育，建立了人文社科重点研究基地--四川性社会学与性教育研究中心。此次，成都大学挂牌青艾工程全国首家基地，表明这项工作站到了一个新的起点。
据活动主持人胡珍教授介绍，去年教师节，我国教育界泰斗、著名教育家、中国教育学会会长、青艾工程领导小组组长顾明远教授，到金牛区人北小学挂牌了全国第一家青艾小屋。今天，今天，我们又要在金牛区挂牌全国第一家幼儿园青艾小屋。金牛区教育局杨蛟副局长介绍，今天二十一家青艾小屋集体授牌，其中的二十所挂牌学校属于金牛区。它们是从全区80所中小学、120所幼儿园当中，通过自主申报，挑出二十所，挂牌第一批青艾小屋，推进学校艾滋病防治教育、性健康教育和公益慈善理念的培育。
青艾工程形象代言人白岩松一出现，就引发女生的阵阵尖叫，和会场的一片欢呼。白岩松调侃地说，他从中听到超女和快男的某种娱乐精神，他不希望大家仅仅是为了看一眼活的白岩松。他说，我作为青艾工程的形象代言人，参与策划、监督，希望把青艾工程改成青爱工程，变成爱的教育。他说，中国青少年的教育当中，爱的教育一直是个空缺。他希望，在大家共同努力下，把青艾工程做成中国慈善事业转轨过程中体现效率和清廉的楷模，成为中国最现代化的慈善组织当中的一个，当然这要通过最艰苦的努力。他说，善款、善举，都要结善果。他勉励每间挂牌青艾小屋的学校，要把每天看见青艾小屋的牌子看作一种激励，不要仅仅为了挂一块牌子，回去就不管，让牌子上落满灰尘。
此次挂牌的二十一所青艾小屋当中，有一间汶川一小。胡珍教授介绍，该校在地震前就特别重视民族地区孩子们的性健康教育，探索了受小学生家长喜欢的性教育模式。5.12灾后，异地复课当中，仍然将性健康教育贯穿在心理健康辅导当中。在去年全国学校性教育赛课当中，杨蓉老师《怀念母亲》一课，就将生命诞生于性，与母亲的生命相联系，引导孩子们珍惜生命，将自己的生命视为母亲生命的延续。幸福快乐的生活，才是对在地震中逝去的父母的永恒的怀念。在那种情况下杨蓉还参加了赛课，并且获得了一等奖。
这21间青艾小屋，均由北京润丰集团挂牌赞助。捐助方代表李加耀先生也出席了授牌仪式。
成都大学，有13个校区，合并了原成都市的所有大专、中专学校，包括旅游学校、艺术学校、电子、卫校等等。老校区占地1200亩，新校区有2400亩，学生三万余人。校长周激流，非常年轻，曾游学欧美、日本。教育理念先进，富有人文精神。他力主引进胡珍教授，全力支持后者开展性健康教育事业。张银俊说，今天我要特别赞叹成都大学。校长和书记，很有担当，很有眼光，大力支持胡珍教授建设青艾工程基地。我们完全相信，成都大学，在中国性教育史上，在中国的教育史上，都会留下浓重的一笔。
中华慈善总会是青艾工程的主办方之一，副会长张道诚先生原来是全国政协副秘书长，也是北京世纪名人国际书画院院长，中国书法家协会会员。基地授牌仪式上，张银俊主任转赠了张道诚先生的题词"青艾工程，人性永恒"，其优美的书法受到与会者的一致赞叹。
