中国民间组织帮助津巴布韦防治艾滋病(图)

　　国际在线报道（记者李鹏、朱曼君）：位于撒哈拉沙漠以南非洲的津巴布韦是艾滋病流行的重灾区之一，近年来，由于津巴布韦政府与非政府组织的努力，艾滋病的传染率得到了相当程度的遏制，但至今仍有近200万津巴布韦人是艾滋病病毒携带者，防治的压力依然很大。近日，中国一个民间组织的成员来到津巴布韦，与当地的非政府组织进行交流，并向他们提供关于艾滋病的培训和物资等方面的帮助。

　　12月10号，津巴布韦与中国艾滋病及艾滋病病毒防治项目在位于首都哈拉雷市郊的一座小学正式启动，您刚才听到的就是活动主办方在项目启动仪式前组织的群众游行，有大约600人穿着印有防治艾滋病口号的Ｔ恤衫，高举大幅标语，沿路向人们宣传防治艾滋病的有关知识。

　　津中艾滋病及艾滋病病毒防治项目由中国民间组织国际交流促进会与津巴布韦当地的两家民间组织共同实施，中国民间组织国际交流促进会副秘书长王赫明说：“非洲是艾滋病的重灾区，我们中国在防治艾滋病方面有一些好的做法和经验，因为非洲是我们长期的好朋友，一些非洲国家的政府可能现在面临着各种各样的困难，可能无暇顾及防治艾滋病的事情，当然有些国家做得也很好，我们想通过民间组织的渠道，培训当地民间组织的人员，来掌握防治艾滋病的知识和做法，通过他们对当地老百姓进行宣传和教育，协助政府控制艾滋病的蔓延。”

　　出席启动仪式的津巴布韦哈拉雷省省长卡里曼齐拉表示，此次项目的启动仪式具有标志性意义，它将为津巴布韦人民带来实实在在的好处。

　　卡里曼齐拉说：“津中艾滋病及艾滋病病毒防治项目在今天启动，这是津中非政府组织互助活动自今年10月启动以来的一个具有标志性意义的事件。津中艾滋病及艾滋病病毒防治项目是津巴布韦第一个类似的项目，它将为津巴布韦人民提供实实在在的保护。我希望所有参与这个项目的非政府组织可以通过防治和鼓励人们锻炼等手段，提高社区居民的整体健康状况。”

　　来自中国计划生育协会的洪苹女士是这次负责对津方志愿者进行培训的教师之一，她说，培训的主要内容是向志愿者介绍艾滋病防治知识，来促进他们的态度和行为转变。她说：“我们根据当地的情况设计了一些宣传品，包括宣传折页，里面放了安全套，希望在健康的、安全的性行为中知道保护自己。另外我们也准备了一些有关教育培训的教材，还有一些培训的教具，这样能更直观、更生动地解释有关生殖健康方面的问题，我们希望通过我们的活动提高他们的健康卫生保健意识。同时也想增加他们的知识，促进他们的态度转变和行为转变，提高他们的健康水平，最终实现国际人口与发展大会行动纲领和联合国千年发展目标。”

　　目前正在英国牛津大学临床医学系攻读博士学位的唐昆也是此次中方选派的培训教师，他说：“我们采用的是同伴教育的方式，同伴教育是现在世界上公认的一种教育方式，利用这种青年人和青年人同龄人之间的交流，会把年龄和知识层次的隔阂都去掉，青年人和青年人之间用自己的语言把这些信息传递给身边的人。在这个过程中，我们不是说让青年人讲课，而是用参与性的活动、游戏，比如我们会有角色扮演，充分发挥青年人的想象力，自己去表演，参与到其中，真正感受到对于一个感染者来讲艾滋病意味着什么，或者说对一个青年人来说，你要怎么对社会，对自己、对自己的家庭、爱人负责任。另外我们还有游戏、价值观的讨论，在讨论当中我们会给大家输入一些积极的正向的导向。”

　　目前在津巴布韦活跃着数十个国际、地区以及本土的非政府组织，由于津巴布韦近年来连续遭遇经济滑坡，当地的人道主义局势异常严峻，这些大大小小的非政府组织在筹集国际援助资金、防治疾病、保证粮食安全等方面都发挥着非常重要的作用。津中艾滋病及艾滋病病毒防治项目，是迄今为止中国非政府组织首次走出国门，与国外民众进行直接互动的第一个项目。王赫明说，与政府间的合作相比，非政府组织间的合作有着重要的辅助作用。

　　在项目的启动仪式上，哈拉雷的两个小女孩演唱了专门为防治艾滋病而创作的歌曲，虽然没有伴奏，但是女孩们用甜美的嗓音，绝妙的和声，唱出了心中的希望：那就是在不远的将来，我们的地球将迎来一个没有艾滋病的时代。
