艾滋病成为第一大死因病种

荆楚网消息 (湖北日报) （记者唐晓安、通讯员向清）昨从省卫生厅获悉，去年全省共报告各类法定传染病发病244195例，死亡473例，其中，艾滋病成为我省传染病第一大死因病种，其次是狂犬病和肺结核。
去年报告甲乙类传染病发病数前五位为：乙肝、肺结核、痢疾、梅毒、未分型肝炎，占发病总数88.9%。死亡数居前三位为：艾滋病、狂犬病和肺结核，占死亡总数78.9%。
专家指出，去年我省甲类传染病发生3例霍乱，乙类传染病相对比较平稳，丙类和其他非法定传染病明显增多。与去年相比，丙类传染病报告发病率上升30.8%（不包括手足口病），死亡率上升94.4%，其中报告发病率上升的有流感、流腮、风疹、其他感染性腹泻。丙类传染病的报告发病率上升除了疾病自然增长外，传染病疫情报告质量提高也是原因之一。
报告分析说，从传染病发生的时间看，季节性越来越不明显，冬季爆发肠道传染病疫情的现象已不罕见；随着国际交往、异地打工等情况不断增多，输入性疾病的危险性进一步加大。
