三方协作 艾滋病治疗“大理模式”见成效

以家庭为基础、社区为依托、医疗机构为专业指导的艾滋病抗病毒治疗的云南“大理模式”，使艾滋病患者获得治疗，回归了社会。目前这些患者中的不少人还成为艾滋病防治志愿者。该模式由大理市第二人民医院皮肤性病科探索建立。
该模式倡导培训艾滋病患者家属减少歧视，照顾督导患者服药，并利用艾滋病社区支持小组，协助医务人员开展关于艾滋病治疗的咨询、心理支持工作。在综合医院的支持下，使艾滋病患者得到良好的治疗及心理干预和支持。据统计，2004年以前，接受治疗的艾滋病患者的死亡率高达62.4%；2004年以后，接受艾滋病抗病毒治疗的患者因艾滋病死亡的仅6人。（来源： 健康报 记者熊 颖）
