康生丹颗粒〈ksd〉对免疫抑制模型小鼠免疫功能影响实验研究公布提示

【摘要】 目的∶探讨KSD对免疫功能的影响及其机理;方法∶建立免疫抑制小鼠模型,灌胃给予不同剂量的KSD10天后,常规检测小鼠外周血血象,精确称重法测定小鼠胸腺和脾脏指数,MMT法测定小鼠T淋巴细胞增殖反应;结果∶KSD能显著提高免疫抑制小鼠外周血中WBC、RBC、PLT数量和HGB含量,提升胸腺和脾指数,明显促进T淋巴细胞的增殖;结论∶KSD能改善免疫器官的功能,促进免疫抑制小鼠T淋巴细胞的增殖功能,使外周细胞数尤其是有核细胞数量得到明显改善.

【结论】∶KSD可以提高免疫抑制模型小鼠免疫器官的重量,明显促进T淋巴细胞增殖,显著提升外周血中血细胞的数量和HGB含量,尤其以对WBC和PLT的提升尤为明显.

　　2009年3月23日，康生丹颗粒发明人刘君先生从陕西省疾病预防控制中心拿到了康生丹颗粒总黄酮、总皂甙的检验报告。该检验报告显示∶样品编号∶食〔2009〕第0009号；样品名称∶康生丹颗粒；委托单位∶陕西汇康生物医药科技有限公司。

　　检验结果∶总黄酮〔以芦丁计，mg/100g〕155 总皂甙〔以人参皂苷Re计，mg/100g〕83。5 样品批号∶20090110。

　　以上提示∶总皂甙含量83。5毫克/100克。由此证明∶康生丹颗粒内抗HIV成分总皂甙存在且含量比较高。新的研究显示∶其主要抗HIV成分以生物活性三萜类齐墩果酸型皂甙物质, 有增强免疫调节、抗肿瘤和抗病毒〔对人类免疫缺陷病毒-HIV的感染可抑制病毒毒班的形成及生物性抑制〕作用。提示该产品技术指标完全符合技术质量标准要求，获得通过。

   发明人刘君主任数十年研究证实∶从多种植物中提取出来的一种生物活性物质。它属三萜类齐墩果酸型皂甙, 是由一列物质组成的一类混合物。国内外的研究已经证明, 具有抗脂质氧化、抗自由基、增强免疫调节、抗肿瘤和抗病毒等多种生理功能。日本科学家报道对人类艾滋病(AIDS)病毒的感染和细胞生物学活性方面有抑制作用，认为对AIDS的治疗与预防都非常有用。国内学者的研究表明大豆皂苷对单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(HSV-Ⅰ)，柯萨奇B3 (CoxB3 )病毒的复制有明显的抑制作用，还表现出对病毒感染细胞具有很强的保护作用。

康生丹颗粒经陕西省疾病预防控制中心成份测定总黄酮含量155毫克/100克、总皂甙含量83。5毫克/100克，西安交通大学医学院免疫与病原生物学系免疫抑制模型实验证实能改善免疫器官的功能,使脾脏、胸腺明显增重，促进免疫抑制小鼠T淋巴细胞的增殖功能,使外周血细胞数尤其是有核细胞数量得到明显改善. T细胞释放淋巴因子，具备细胞毒性，与靶细胞特异性结合，破坏靶细胞膜，直接杀伤靶细胞，不产生抗体，使免疫效应扩大和增强。康生丹颗粒的免疫作用是通过“细胞免疫”来直接完成免疫应答而诱导恢复并激活免疫缺陷与抑制的。可抑制血清中脂类的氧化，抑制过氧化脂质的生成，并降低血中胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量;能通过自身调节增加SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)的含量，降低过氧化脂质，清除自由基，减轻自由基的损伤作用;对X射线具有防护作用，对肿瘤病人放疗、化疗引起的副作用有很好的抵抗作用，还可加强人体免疫力;具有抗血栓作用;有明显抑制肿瘤增长，对肿瘤细胞的DNA合成和细胞转移有抑制作用，能直接杀伤肿瘤细胞，破坏其表面结构和功能，特别对人类白血病细胞DNA的合成有很强抑制作用;研究表明对人类免疫缺陷病毒-HIV的感染可抑制病毒毒班的形成及生物性抑制；还对疱疹性口唇炎和口腔溃疡效果显著，具有广谱抗病毒的能力。
