昨日，深蓝工作组在全市部分高校启动了“日租房”行为干预活动，30名来自本市各高校的学生社团成员参加了“日租房”干预实施方案研讨会，并制定了实施方案。
与此同时，防艾专家张北川教授和来自英国的马丁·哥顿先生参加了帮助艾滋病患者的“脱恐”治疗。

帮助艾滋患者走出恐惧
前晚7点30分，张北川教授和马丁·哥顿先生在深蓝工作组参加了一次帮助艾滋病感染者“脱恐”的治疗。深蓝工作组负责人嘎嘎介绍，几乎所有的艾滋病感染者刚刚被查出患病以后都会非常的恐惧、恐慌，似乎生命一下子走到了尽头。所以工作组最重要的一项工作就是帮助感染者“脱恐”，这项工作也是避免产生其他社会危害的一个预防措施。现在，他们每周都会在固定时间由志愿者帮助感染者进行“脱恐”治疗，每次“脱恐”治疗中，感染者都会痛哭流涕以释放严重超过负荷的心理压力。
参与此次治疗的有七八名感染者。首先，张北川一一询问了每位感染者的情况，包括他们的年龄、家庭状况、婚姻状况、如何感染艾滋病等。其中一位感染者说，他是去年感染艾滋病的，刚刚确诊，就被他的家庭抛弃了。当时，他没有工作、没有经济来源。更为严重的是来自内心的恐惧，死亡这个念头一直在他心里盘旋。是深蓝工作组的志愿者对他进行了多次“脱恐”治疗，终于使他走出恐惧，可以勇敢面对生活。张北川教授觉得，这名感染者能够走出恐惧就是一种胜利。感染者首先要战胜的就是恐惧，这样才会有机会获得稳定的工作，才能保证稳定的经济来源，保证有钱服药，形成良性循环。此外，感染者在“脱恐”之后可以发挥他们的力量去帮助其他的感染者。
活动中，马丁·哥顿先生一直握着一名感染者的手，他通过翻译介绍，20年前，他的朋友中有多位艾滋病感染者而且现在已经去世。现在的医疗技术比20年前有了长远的进步，有的感染者通过服药很多年都没有发病而且延续了一个良好的生活状况。所以，希望天津这些艾滋病感染者也能勇敢面对现实走出恐惧。
“脱恐”治疗持续了两个多小时，气氛非常轻松，这次“脱恐”没有眼泪，更多的是互相理解的笑声。临行前感染者还与张北川教授和马丁先生合影留念，感染者们表示，他们会积极面对生活，也希望能有更多的感染者和他们一样，走出恐惧。

“日租房”行为干预活动
据该项目负责人赵政介绍，目前，中国艾滋病流行仍呈上升趋势，在校大学生、男男性行为、性工作者在客人频繁更换、卫生条件极差的日租房内发生无保护的性行为非常普遍，日租房已成为艾滋病传播的高危场所。工作组通过调查发现，日租房现象在不断泛滥，并以较快的速度在一些高校、流动人口聚居地及周边社区快速蔓延，这种新的租房方式无疑对目标人群的生活、行为方式和健康产生消极的影响，目前已成为艾滋病防治工作的盲区。首先日租房内卫生环境较差，存在卧具、洁具公用现象，并且房主不能保证及时更换卧具或消毒，有可能感染梅毒、尖锐湿疣等性病。日租房内较易发生性行为，且大学生获得安全套途径较少，很多学生不好意思在商场选购安全套，一旦发生无保护的性行为更容易传染性病、艾滋病等。此外，日租房还存在安全隐患，部分日租房房主会在房间内安放针孔摄像机，对房内情况进行偷拍，并放到网络上进行发布，这种行为对租房者来说是一种极大的伤害。部分日租房存在房间随意隔断，电线私搭等现象，存在偷盗、火灾的安全隐患。地处偏僻的日租房，有可能存在抢劫等安全隐患。
赵政表示，希望通过计划的实施，在高校学生和年轻人中发展并培训防艾教育员，对他们周围人的日租房行为进行艾滋病防治教育；在日租房租赁人群中推广性病、艾滋病防治知识，提高安全套使用率，降低干预人群感染和传播性病、艾滋病的危险。活动的启动实施将开拓健康干预工作的一个领域，将针对长期未被人们关注的日租房问题，作为研究性课题进行实践性探索，采取多种活动方式，比如通过面对面的形式对干预对象进行防艾知识的宣传讲解。参加讨论的30名大学生也希望用自己的努力能够为日租房行为干预起到良好的作用。对此项活动，本报将继续关注。
