柳州:新增两项免费检查项目 鼓励艾滋病人主动接受治疗 |

今报柳州讯（记者陈小燕）昨日，记者从柳州市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病科了解到，今年国家加大了艾滋病专项资金的投入，从3月1日起，经HIV初筛后结果待复查者可享受免费的HIV确认检测服务，已确认的艾滋病毒感染者、艾滋病人亦可享受免费的定期CD4细胞检测。 据了解，今年国家补助广西的艾滋病专项经费为7500多万元，其中柳州市为596.6万元，比去年增加313.1万元，其中将加大对市辖6县，尤其是鹿寨、柳江的艾滋病专项资金投入力度。 往年，所有HIV初筛检测结果待复查者，在进行HIV确认检测时需交纳100元的费用。从今年3月1日起，所有户口在柳州市（包括6县4区）的常住人口，不仅可以继续享受免费的初筛，初筛后待复查的人还可以享受免费的确认检查。指定的咨询检测点设在屏山大道柳州市结核病防治所。 艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人需要定期检查体内CD4淋巴细胞的计数，医生据此评价其身体免疫状况和判断疾病的进展情况。CD4淋巴计数检测，感染者每半年要检查一次，病人则每3个月要检查一次，以往也是每次要交100元的检测费。从今年3月1日开始，常住柳州市的所有艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人，均可到指定的咨询点进行免费检测。所有正在服用抗病毒治疗药的艾滋病病人到疾控中心或治疗医院定期接受CD4检测时，每次均可获得国家补助的50元交通费。 疾控中心艾滋病科科长刘金纪说，新增的两项免费检查项目，目的是鼓励更多的人或感染者走出来接受治疗，在医生的帮助下及时控制病情进展，延长生命。 |
