3万“小姐”艾滋病感染率百分之五

从今年7月下旬起，重庆市百余名疾控中心人员将利用业余时间走进公共娱乐场所，以轻松的聊天方式教“小姐”如何防艾。昨日，市防艾办负责人透露，重庆市对高危人群宣传预防艾滋病方式将有新变化。
据了解，重庆市这支新组建的防艾干预队伍全部由来自渝中、南岸、江北、沙坪坝等10个区县的100多名疾控中心人员组成。队员们将从7月下旬起利用晚间业余时间走入各辖区夜总会、KTV、洗浴中心及美容美发厅等场所，对从业人员（主要是“小姐”）宣传预防艾滋病知识，目前队员们正参加培训。
据市防艾办初步估计，重庆市目前约有“小姐”3万余人，其艾滋病病毒感染率高达5%。由于以上公共娱乐场所从业人员是艾滋病传播的高危人群，而这些场所也正是一般人群经常接触的地方。所以，对娱乐场所从业人员进行检查将有效的控制艾滋病的传播。
如何取得“小姐”们的信任，让她们乐意接受宣传，同时也自觉成为一名义务防艾宣传者，这都是市防艾办必须重视解决的难点之一。市防艾办负责人称，“小姐”们虽然也对艾滋病非常恐惧，但一直以来没有接受正规的防艾教育，再加上常因顾客要求而采取无保护的高危性行为。
该负责人称，此次他们对即将走进深入第一线进行防艾宣传的疾控人员的培训，内容除了教授防艾专业知识外，更重要的是让他们学习如何与女性性工作者们沟通的能力。
据了解，目前各地疾控中心在做的另一重要工作是对各辖区“小姐”分布状况进行摸底，市防艾办将在3个月、6个月、1年之后分期对此项干预计划效果进行评估，内容包括被干预“小姐”的防艾知识知晓度，主动进行艾滋病初筛等。
“我们现有的干预队员人手非常紧张，最好是要全社会的共同参与！”该负责人表示，此项工作届时还需要当地公安、工商、文化等部门的配合与支持，也欢迎更多市民加入志愿者行列。
