　　刘文颖)4月23日,全国妇联副主席,书记处书记甄砚,在湖南省妇联党组书记、主席肖百灵和怀化市市长易鹏飞的陪同下专程来到怀化市洪江区(艾滋病)关爱中心进行调研,详细的询问和了解该中心工作情况。看望和慰问了在关爱中心工作的志愿者们,感谢他们为防艾治艾工作中作出的成绩,并看望在该中心治疗的病人和工作情况,和小朋友的学习情况。甄砚十分高兴和关爱中心工作的志愿者们(修女)合影。
