(湖北日报)(记者张洁、通讯员喻朝晖)昨日从有关部门获悉,我省将继续在试点县市实施中医药治疗艾滋病项目,今年将新增病例50例,使全省试点诊疗人数达到200例。
中医药治疗艾滋病是国家预防与控制艾滋病总体规划的重要组成部分。2004年,我省被卫生部、国家中医药管理局列为首批中医药治疗艾滋病试点项目地区,同年8月,我省在随州、浠水、巴东、大冶4县市启动中医药治疗艾滋病项目,共为150名艾滋病感染者提供免费中医药治疗。
几年来,我省中医药治疗艾滋病已取得进展,目前,4个试点县市的150例艾滋病患者,在症状体征及免疫学指标上均获得了一定程度的改善,患者的依从性均好于西医疗法,且机会性感染减少,生活质量提高。

In 2004, the province has been the Ministry of Health, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the first batch of Chinese medicine to treat AIDS pilot project areas, in August the same year, our province at Suizhou, Xishui, Padang, 4 cities and counties to start Daye Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS projects, a total of 150 HIV-infected persons in the provision of free medical treatment.
In recent years, Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS in our province has made progress, at present, the four pilot counties and cities in 150 cases of AIDS, in the signs and symptoms and immunological target were on a certain degree of improvement in both patients with good compliance to the Western therapy, and reduce opportunistic infections, improve the quality of life.
