酒后口交使感染HIV的危险增加3-6倍
有资料显示,酒精会使口腔细胞在口交时更容易感染HIV。这是首次从酒精影响细胞的角度对HIV感染的研究。
之前曾有研究发现,酒后性交不用安全套的机会比较大,从而增加感染HIV的危险;而上述研究是以酒精对口腔黏膜细胞的作用为焦点,发现酒后口交能使口腔黏膜细胞感染HIV的危险增加3-6倍。
研究人员采集未感染HIV者的口腔黏膜细胞,让这些细胞接触与不同类型啤酒度数一样的酒精,然后与植入绿色萤光蛋白的HIV接触,以便观察病毒能否感染口腔黏膜细胞。实验结果显示,与浓度为4%的酒精接触十分钟之后,口腔黏膜细胞感染HIV的几率提高三至六倍。HIV专门攻击CD4+淋巴细胞,而口腔黏膜细胞通常聚集较多CD4+淋巴细胞。
HIV会“挟持”CD4+淋巴细胞,将自身基因注入淋巴细胞的DNA,让后者制造更多病毒粒子,进而感染更多细胞。CD4+淋巴细胞的宿主细胞最终被毒物杀死,但科学家目前仍不十分清楚其机理。人体免疫力随CD4+淋巴细胞减少而下降,到一定程度就可以确诊为艾滋病患者。

Data indicate that alcohol will make oral sex oral cells more susceptible to HIV. This is the first cell from the perspective of the influence of alcohol on HIV infection.

The researchers collected those not infected with HIV in oral mucosal cells, these cells exposure to different types of beer with the same degree of alcohol, and then with the green fluorescent protein implant contact of HIV in order to observe whether the virus infection of oral mucosa cells. The experimental results showed that the concentration of 4% for 10 minutes after alcohol exposure, HIV infection of oral mucosa cells to increase the probability of three to six times. HIV attacks CD4 + lymphocytes, and oral mucosa cells usually gathered more CD4 + lymphocytes.
HIV will be "held hostage" CD4 + lymphocytes, the lymphocytes of their own genes into the DNA, allowing the latter to create more virus particles, and infected more cells. CD4 + lymphocytes in the host cell eventually poison to kill, but the scientists present the mechanism is not yet very clear. With human CD4 + lymphocytes in immunity to a reduction, to a certain extent can be diagnosed with AIDS.
