身为“预防艾滋病形象大使”的濮存昕，一直乐此不疲地为预防艾滋病宣传工作着，到各地做宣传、主演了反映艾滋病人生活的《失乐园》、拍摄公益广告、参加公益演出。令人感动的是，濮存昕曾与真正的艾滋病患者坐在一起近距离聊天，照顾他们。濮存昕表示说只有真正走进他们的世界才能感受到他们的心灵。
青年演员吕玉来曾凭借《孔雀》、《红色康拜因》、《无声风铃》等电影作品，游走于国际各大电影节，清新儒雅的形象深受大众喜爱。刚刚拍摄完《非常秀》的他也是忘却疲倦为公益不遗余力，曾多次参与公益事业的吕玉来此次也是担当重任，在宣传片中饰演一位艾滋病患者。吕玉来坦言第一次扮演艾滋病感染者，既好奇也很害怕，但通过这次拍摄，自己对艾滋病有了更多的了解，希望能够呼吁大家提高警惕，预防艾滋病，珍爱自己的生命。也希望通过此片，能够让大家共同携手，关心、帮助艾滋病感染者，不要对他们有所歧视，让他们感受来自我们的关怀和温暖。
