7月23日,记者从省卫生厅获悉,近日中英艾滋病策略支持项目办在兰州组织召开了应对艾滋、部门协作研讨会。会上,省人大常委会教科文卫委员会办公室副主任刘世华表示,省人大正在加强调研为尽快讨论出台《甘肃省艾滋病防治条例》提供依据,此举将为我省艾滋病防治提供政策支持和

法律平台。

据了解,目前我省艾滋病防治形式依然严峻,我省吸毒人员口吸比例下降,静脉吸毒的比例上升,共用注射器的比例上升;暗娼和男性性行为人群存在,安全套使用率低;流动人口数量庞大;大众艾滋病知识知晓率低,防范意识差。因此,我省艾滋病防治工作还需加大力度。

根据卫生部通报,我国自1985年发现首例艾滋病人以来,截至2008年底累计报告艾滋病感染者/艾滋病病人27.6万多例,其中艾滋病病人8.2万多例,已死亡3.8万多例。

而我省自1993年发现首例艾滋病病例以来,艾滋病感染人数呈现逐年快速增长势态,截至今年6月,已报告艾滋病感染者820例,其中艾滋病病人251例,死亡127例。

有关专家表示,近年来我省发现的艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人数有较明显的增加,流行范围相对广,地区差异大,三种传播途径并存,其中吸毒和性传播是主要传播途径,艾滋病已由高危人群向一般人群扩散,存在艾滋病进一步蔓延的危险。(记者赵汇
