全国艾滋病综合防治示范区落户上蔡等16县(区)

新华网河南频道7月28日讯大河网—大河报报道：昨天，河南省第二轮全国艾滋病综合防治示范区正式启动，启动仪式上，我省上蔡县、开封县等１６个县（区）成为“全国艾滋病综合防治示范区”。在接下来的５年内，我省将通过示范区工作的开展，探索符合当地实际的艾滋病防治机制，阻止艾滋病的进一步传播。

在昨天的会议上，据省艾防办有关负责人介绍，截至６月３０日，我省累计发现并报告艾滋病病毒感染者４４５５９人，现症病人２５１１７例，死亡１２３１５人。

全国艾滋病综合防治示范区的建立对艾滋病防控工作带来很大的帮助。政府希望通过示范区的工作，实现防艾工作的“两降一升”：减少新发艾滋病病毒感染、控制性病发病率，降低艾滋病病死率、提高艾滋病病毒感染者和病人的生存质量，减轻艾滋病和性病的危害。

据了解，２００３年，国家卫生部在全国启动了第一轮艾滋病综合防治示范区，共有１２７个，其中河南的示范区有９个。经过为期５年的运行，积累了大量艾滋病防治经验，截至２００８年年底，９个示范区累计接收抗病毒治疗病人１２２５６名，占全省治疗总数的４８％，而示范区内符合治疗标准的艾滋病病人接受抗病毒治疗的比例达到７９．６％，高于全国平均水平（７４．２％）；艾滋病病人死亡率亦大幅下降。

第二轮示范区工作从今年开始启动，全国共确定了３０９个示范区。在全国３０９个示范区中，有１６个设在了河南，其中上蔡等３个县被确定为国家重点建设示范区，开封县等１３个县（区）被确定为国家与省共建示范区。

另外，记者昨日从省卫生厅获悉，“河南省防治艾滋病规模化现场流行病学和干预研究”课题正式启动。该课题是我省首次申请到的国家重大科技攻关计划的传染病防治科研课题，该课题属国家“艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治”科技重大专项“十一五”规划第二批课题，由省卫生厅艾防办主任李自钊任课题部负责人。该课题总经费４０００万元，项目周期２年（２００９~２０１０年）。□记者李晓敏实习生董方晓
