中国近五成居民歧视艾滋感染者

    中新社北京七月三日电(记者　曾利明)中国卫生部疾病预防控制局副局长郝阳今天透露：中国内地歧视艾滋病毒感染者的问题依然十分严重，部分省份调查显示：百分之四十六的普通居民和四分之一医务人员对艾滋病毒感染者持歧视态度；在某高流行区有约百分之七十的医护人员不愿为其提供医疗服务。

     郝阳在此间举行的“二00九年中国艾滋病反歧视主题创意大赛”启动仪式上指出，歧视已经成为中国防治艾滋病的巨大障碍。由于歧视，许多有感染风险的人拒绝接受艾滋病检测，许多艾滋病毒感染者隐瞒病情。这既不利于他们自身及时接受治疗，也不利于防止病毒的进一步传播。此外，歧视还使许多艾滋病毒感染者和患者得不到应有的治疗和帮助。

     郝阳认为，歧视不仅无益于防艾，而且已成为艾滋病毒传播的一大帮凶。而对艾滋病缺乏科学认识，是艾滋病歧视和恐惧产生的重要原因。他强调，目前中国艾滋病疫情仍呈上升趋势，流行因素广泛存在，经性传播已成为主要的传播途径，疫情正从高危人群向一般人群扩散，防治工作形势依然严峻。

     由中国疾病预防控制中心与中国全球基金艾滋病项目共同举办的“艾滋病反歧视主题创意大赛”将在全国范围内征集推广反歧视艾滋病主题的作品，调动社会各界了解艾滋病防治知识的积极性，唤起社会大众防治艾滋病的社会责任感。

     据知，大赛从本月到今年十二月在全国展开，征集作品分为文字、平面和多媒体三类；将通网络初评确定入围作品。(完)
