山东省艾滋病防治协会成立大会召开

2009年8月14日上午，山东省艾滋病防治协会成立暨第一次会员代表大会在济南召开。中国性病艾滋病防治协会会长戴志澄、省卫生厅党组成员、省保健办副主任康永军到会祝贺并讲话。
康永军指出，艾滋病防治协会等非政府组织是艾防队伍的一支重要力量，尤其在宣传教育、行为干预、治疗关怀等重点环节发挥着不可替代的作用。
康永军强调，省艾滋病防治协会要充分发挥专业人才优势，认真研究新形势下艾滋病防治工作中面临的新情况、新问题，探索艾防工作新思路、新举措、新办法。要充分利用社会团体组织的特有优势，积极配合政府部门，动员更多社会力量和资源投入到我省艾滋病防治工作中。要广泛开展与国内外、省内外同行之间的学术交流，搞好艾滋病防治师资培训和能力建设，加强对全省其它艾滋病防治民间组织开展活动的技术指导，共同推动艾滋病防治事业科学发展。
康永军要求，省艾滋病防治协会要坚持依法办会、民主办会的宗旨，团结和依靠广大会员。最大限度地组织动员社会团体和民间组织，积极参与我省艾滋病防治工作。要完善服务功能，提升服务质量，加强内部管理，强化行业自律，积极联络各界精英，加强人才培养，努力增强协会发展活力。
会议选举产生了省艾滋病防治协会首届理事会，省卫生厅副巡视员王元宁同志当选为会长。他在讲话中指出，艾滋病防治协会是党和政府联系非政府组织的重要桥梁和纽带，是非政府组织参与艾滋病防治工作的重要平台。他强调，在今后的工作中，协会要正确把握定位，充分发挥其灵活性、公益性的特点，千方百计调动一切积极因素，切实从会员的共同愿望出发，广泛团结社会各界同仁，紧紧围绕我省艾滋病防治工作的重点和难点来开展调查研究、宣传教育、行为干预、学术交流等活动，为山东省艾滋病防治工作做出自己的贡献。
山东省艾滋病防治协会是由我省艾滋病防治工作者和热心于艾滋病防治事业的社会各界人士和相关企事业单位等自愿组成的全省性学术性社会团体法人，以团结、动员和组织广大卫生工作者和社会各界人士积极参与艾滋病防治工作，保障我省人民身体健康、建设卫生强省服务为宗旨。
