“难道我就只能等死？”尿毒症患者胡鹏（化名）要血液透析才能活命，又被查出携带艾滋病病毒。医院没特殊隔离区和专用透析机，担心出现交叉感染后果严重，拒绝患者透析请求。
面对如此尴尬境地，职能部门也感到十分棘手。目前，相关部门正在积极处理此事。
尿毒症患者携带HIV
昨日上午，记者来到主城某大医院病房，见胡鹏蜷缩在病床上，面容憔悴。一旁，胡妻焦急万分。她说，由于肾功能完全衰竭，未及时接受血液透析，丈夫已无法正常进食，死神正步步逼近。

医院拒绝给他做透析
今年4月上旬，胡鹏的肾功能开始衰竭，被确诊为尿毒症。7月初，病情恶化，肾功能几乎完全丧失，唯一的办法是做血液透析和肾移植手术。
“我进医院前，就给医生说明了情况。”胡鹏称，本月8日，他与某医院联系后住院，打算先做血液透析，再做手术。但让他失望的是，医院改口说不能透析了。同时，还称担心失血及免疫力等因素，也不能实施肾移植手术。
“如果不透析，我只有这样等死。”胡先生称，由于没有透析，体内毒素无法排除，自己的消化系统和血液循环系统开始出现不良反应，身体各部位关节疼痛不堪，连拿筷子的气力都没有。
少有医院有接诊条件
“我们几乎找了所有的部门，但都没办法。”胡妻告诉记者，她已经找了医院、卫生、疾控等相关部门，但由于事情十分特殊，丈夫只有在痛苦中挣扎。

实行医院首诊制很难
艾滋病病毒携带者及患者，一旦患上类似尿毒症等需要血液透析的疾病后怎么办？
昨日，市卫生局相关人士表示，根据卫生部公布的《艾滋病预防治疗条例》规定，艾滋病患者的收治实行首诊制，包括政府定点传染病医院在内，所有医院均不得推诿或拒绝对艾滋病感染者及患者的其他疾病治疗，但前提是具备救治条件，能有效控制病毒不再传播。
