　　浙江在线08月03日讯 “一个60岁的男子，在疾控中心做艾滋病检测时，查出HIV阳性。”昨日，绍兴市疾控中心傅利军科长忧心忡忡地道出她的担忧，经过几年的干预工作，娱乐场所的艾滋病感染率在下降，但与“站街女”有关的艾滋病感染率却在上升。最近几次检测中，发现的阳性患者有好几例是年龄大约在五六十岁的老年男性，而他们恰是“站街女”的光顾者。

　　老年男子为啥感染艾滋病

　　“‘站街女’一直是我们艾滋干预工作的难点。”傅利军介绍，从最近两年的流行病学调查来看，娱乐场所对艾滋病的知晓率在提高，感染率在下降，但通过“站街女”传播的艾滋病感染率在上升。一个明显的表现是，艾滋检测中查出好几例老年男性艾滋病阳性患者，一问，他们都曾找过“站街女”。

　　调查还发现，“站街女”使用安全套的比例非常低，她们几乎成为防艾工作中的“死角”。对她们进行艾滋病干预已经迫在眉睫，但处于社会最底层的她们具有分散和隐蔽的特点，这都给“防艾”工作带来了极大的难度。

　　如何找到突破口？市疾控中心有关人员一直在思考这个问题。一个月前，傅利军有一次坐出租车，行至鲁迅路时，的哥无意中和她说起，旁边某某小区里租住着很多“站街女”。傅利军决定做个尝试。

　　经社区协警悄悄指路，傅利军和同事敲开了“站街女”的住处。“但效果并不好，有些人看到是陌生人，就不肯开门了。”再加上公安机关刚刚打击过，不少“站街女”搬离此处，留下来的也变得格外警惕。

　　此次出击几乎无功而返，但傅利军却很兴奋，“通过社区来摸底，然后逐一上门干预，这应该是一个工作方向。”7月中旬，市疾控中心工作人员经人指点，找到了延安路上的某小区。同样是协警悄悄指路，“协警对小区租户的情况一般都比较了解，哪个是‘站街女’他们都很清楚。”

　　女士带路，找到突破口

　　在该小区的工作进行得相当顺利。傅利军和同事敲开的第一户人家，是一位中年女士，丈夫刚好也在。傅利军简单介绍身份及此行的目的后，很自然地说要送她一点小礼物——一盒安全套，以及艾滋宣传小册子，并邀请女士免费做艾滋检测。女士没吭声，一旁的丈夫问她，“你要不要做？”女士说不要。丈夫于是客客气气地把傅利军一行送出门。

　　第二户人家是一位很热心的湖南女士，也是40多岁。租住的小屋装修简单，只有一扇小窗，屋内十分闷热，但收拾得非常清爽。傅利军夸赞了房屋的干净后，顺势切入正题。女士读过初中，此前对艾滋病有所了解，经“防艾”人员做工作后，她同意把工作人员领到其他的姐妹处试试看。

　　因为有她带路，后面的工作就顺利多了，不少“站街女”消除了对工作人员的敌意。在随后的几天里，傅利军和同事们先后拜访了20多个“站街女”。

　　傅利军介绍，希望今年能在“站街女”艾滋干预这方面“破题”，希望通过社区对这个群体进行摸底。

　　“接下来的干预工作迫切需要大量的志愿者。”傅利军介绍，他们打算在摸底的基础上，由志愿者分片承包，对这个群体进行艾滋干预。个人或社会团体有兴趣的话，可同市疾控中心联系，电话：88137373。
