　　本报讯直面甲型H1N1流感在全球爆发的疫情，面对治疗药储备不足和西药毒副作用大、耐药性高等世界难题，历经3个月由市财政投入1000万元立项，市卫生局、中医局牵头，由中国中医科学院、中国医学科学院、北京工业大学、国家防治甲型H1N1流感专家组组成的中医药基础和临床小组，在全球率先从基础研究和临床研究两方面证实了中医药防治甲型H1N1流感的有效性和安全性，并筛选研制有效中药，提出了中西结合防治方案。

　　昨日该课题宣布研究取得阶段性成果——中医药对肺炎有显著保护作用，对甲流高热有解热作用，对多毒株所致肺炎有疗效。根据科研初步效果，北京市政府已决定调整政府防控甲型H1N1流感药品储备目录，市政府投入7000万元，将原储备计划中的100万人份达菲原料药储备调整为200万人份相关中成药储备。

　　我市整合首都最强的中医、西医、医药和动物实验科技资源，经过近三个月探索中医药防治甲型H1N1流感的努力，目前项目取得了阶段性结果，为应对大流行，开展科学的中医药预防，进行科学合理的中药储备，轻症患者居家中医药治疗，重症患者中西结合治疗，保证首都疫情高峰来得晚一点，疫情变化引起的社会震荡小一点，重症患者和死亡病例少一点，赶在可能的流感大流行爆发前，能够以科学的数据向全世界证实中医药防治甲型H1N1流感是安全有效的，提供了科学依据。

　　中医临床和科研得出的初步结果，为应对秋冬季流感大流行做好中药饮片和中成药储备提供了科学依据。我们为应对可能出现流感病毒变异和流感大流行，为应用便宜、安全、宜普及的中药减少北京本土发病人数、治愈多数症状较轻的甲流患者、减少重症病例及降低死亡率，以及解决达菲的副作用、耐药性、储备量不足、储存期限有限等等问题，按照实验室及临床治疗筛选出的中成药品种调整了我市中药储备品种目录，把科学的、安全的、疗效显著的中成药品种进行了储备，使市政府面对大流行时有充足的中医药储备。

　　中医药治疗甲流的效果

　　由北京地坛医院、佑安医院开展的甲型H1N1流感的临床研究证实：通过临床专家遴选的中药处方及部分中成药的功能主治，与甲型H1N1流感病机、证候特点及基本治法相吻合，具有广泛的临床应用基础。甲型H1N1流感可分为风热犯卫和热毒袭肺两个证候，单纯以经过遴选的中药进行治疗，即能够改善发热、咽痛、咳嗽等症状：退热时间平均为1.5天，咳嗽消失时间平均为4.6天，咽痛消失时间平均为3.6天，病毒核酸阴转时间平均为6.0天；在常规用药剂量范围内，未发现毒副作用和不良反应，所医治病例全部治愈出院。

　　中医药治疗甲流的结论

　　基础研究从治疗感冒、流感、SARS、禽流感和政府此次公布的甲型H1N1流感诊疗方案所涉及的中药处方及部分中成药共计40多种，进行了筛选和比较研究，结果证实：

　　——中药处方及部分中成药对甲型H1N1流感病毒流行株所致的小鼠肺炎死亡保护具有显著作用；

　　——中药处方及部分中成药同时具有解热作用，能改善发热症状；

　　——中药处方及部分中成药对多毒株所致肺炎模型有效，可在季节性流感大流行尚未分型时早期辨证使用。

　　中医药治疗甲流的证据

　　5月，地坛医院第一时间请中医专家介入甲型H1N1流感确诊病例的治疗，地坛医院和佑安医院两家定点收治医院又进一步探索对确诊病例的纯中医药治疗。至9月1日，在收治的845例甲型H1N1流感确诊病例中，采用纯中药治疗的有326例。实践证明，中医以及中西医结合治疗甲型H1N1流感均具有很好的疗效。
