广东江门：医生扮嫖客筛查艾滋病

江门市皮肤医院开展《防治性病对预防艾滋病的作用研究》
“对高危人群开展艾滋病筛查工作异常艰难，能否取得该人群信任是关键。”江门市从事艾滋病发病率研究的黄澍杰告诉记者。
近日中国疾病预防控制中心性病控制中心主任王宝玺等一行课题组相关人员对该项目江门实施点负责单位江门市皮肤医院（江门市性病防治中心）国家重大专项《防治性病对预防艾滋病的作用研究》的实施进行了深入了解和指导。
据介绍，国家十一五科技重大专项项目“防治性病对预防艾滋病的作用研究”的实施时间从2008年12月到2010年12月，全国共有十个城市参与该项目，该项目通过对艾滋病高危人群急性艾滋病发病率调查，追踪观察防治性病对感染艾滋病的影响，从而研究性病防治对防治艾滋病防治的作用。
该项目外展工作的负责人告诉记者，在江门市开展外展工作非常艰难。为此，外展人员想方设法接触到性工作者，男医生甚至假扮成嫖客前往发廊，与她们独处时循序渐进地表明身份，同时告诉她们，外展人员是来帮助她们，向她们传授防治知识，减少和避免性病、艾滋病患病机会。（记者刘妍）
