中国内地今年9月共报告艾滋病发病3620例，死亡881人，居甲、乙类传染病死亡数量之首。这是国家卫生部今天发布的全国法定传染病疫情通报披露的数字。
通报称，2010年9月1日零时至9月30日24时 ，内地共报告法定传染病747579例，死亡1399人。其中，甲类传染病中报告鼠疫5例，死亡1人；霍乱70例，无死亡。

通报显示：同期报告丙类传染病发病428379例，死亡34人。报告发病数居前三位的病种依次为急性出血性结膜炎、手足口病和其它感染性腹泻病，占丙类传染病报告发病总数的95%。
