美机构称合用两种艾滋病药可致严重心脏异常

新华网华盛顿１０月２１日电（记者任海军）美国食品和药物管理局２１日发表声明称，联合使用两种艾滋病治疗药物——罗氏公司出品的沙奎那韦和雅培公司生产的利托那韦，可能引发致命的心脏异常，该局已要求在这两种药的产品标签上添加警告。
声明说，经常联合使用这两种药可以导致服用者出现名为“尖端扭转型室性心动过速”的症状，进而导致可致命的心室颤动。此外，两药合用还可能引发名为“心脏传导阻滞”的心律失常症状。
“尖端扭转型室性心动过速”是一种特殊类型的多形态快速室性心律失常，心室颤动则是心室肌快速且微弱地收缩或不协调地快速乱颤，是导致心源性猝死的一种严重心律失常。
