遵义市１－９月发现艾滋病１５０余例

性传播成主要传播途径
本网讯 （记者 冷泽学 实习生 潘玮）截止今年9月，我市累计发现艾滋病感染者和病人500余例，艾滋病传播途径由以前的静脉吸毒传播为主转变为以性传播为主，感染者和病人则以青壮年为主。这是记者从昨日召开的我市艾滋病防治工作会议上获悉的。
昨天，国务院艾防办联合督导组一行12人莅临遵义，对我市近年开展的艾滋病防治工作开展督导，在听取我市相关部门的汇报后,督导组对我市防艾工作给予了肯定。
据介绍，我市自1995年发现首例艾滋病病毒感染者后，艾滋病感染者和病人呈逐年上升趋势，截止今年9月，全市累计发现艾滋病感染者和病人500余例。
近年来，我市艾滋病传播途径已由以前的静脉吸毒传播为主转为性传播为主，其中异性传播占36.7%，同性传播占12.5%，性接触加注射毒品占1.6%，注射毒品占24.5%，母婴传播占0.9%，血液途径传播占0.8%，其它及传播途径不详的比例为23%。艾滋病感染者和病人中，0至19岁组的有20多例，20岁至50岁组的有450余例，50岁以上的组的有20多例。男女性别比为1.98：1。
今年1至9月，我市累计报告艾滋病感染者和病人150余例，其中艾滋病病人40多例，死亡20多例。传播途径以性传播为主（传播途径及人群分布详见图表）。
据介绍，近年来，在艾滋病防治工作上，我市先后开展了安全套推广、清洁针具交换、美沙酮维持治疗等行为干预措施，并取得了不错的成效。针对艾滋病感染者中已发现有学生的情况，我市安排全市普通中学开设了健康教育课，向学生们宣传艾滋病防治知识个人健康教育，以此提高学生自身防范意识和能力。并在遵义师范学院和遵义医学院两所高校招募了100名青春红丝带志愿者，推进学生艾滋病防治知识的宣传教育。
今年4月，市艾滋病防治协会成立后，先后实施了男男同性恋干预和大学生健康教育干预项目。针对我市流动人口大多来自偏远山区，自我保护意识差，极易发生高危性行为，我市在建筑工地、农民工返乡和外出务工高峰期间在火车站、各大客运站开展防治艾滋病宣传和发放安全套等活动。
如何预防艾滋病
●洁身自爱，避免婚外性行为；
正确使用避孕工具；
及时治疗性病。
●不使用未经检测的血液及血液制品；
不吸毒，不与别人共用针具吸毒；
身体穿刺、文身、针刺疗法或者任何需要侵入性的刺破皮肤的过程，都有一定的艾滋病病毒传播危险。
●感染艾滋病病毒的妇女应避免怀孕，如怀孕应人工流产；
孕产妇在分娩前、后使用抗病毒药物，可降低母婴传播的几率；
采用人工喂养也可减少艾滋病病毒感染的危险性。
