岛城大学生艾滋病例逐年增加 四成大学生不知如何“防艾”
在青岛大学搞的预防艾滋病宣传活动引来不少大学生驻足
近日，崂山区疾病预防控制中心对青岛市四所高校进行了艾滋病的宣传活动，并在每所高校发放了100多份调查问卷。在对其中50份问卷进行量化分析发现，对于艾滋病通过什么方式传播、如何预防艾滋病等关键知识，大学生的正答率仅占60%。据青岛你我社会工作服务中心的
统计，在艾滋病的感染者中，有些是大学生，针对大学生的艾滋病宣传变得十分必要。
◎现状
大学生感染艾滋病比例上升
21日上午10点，由崂山区疾病预防控制中心和青岛大学校医院在学校开展的结核病和艾滋病的宣传活动，引来了众多大学生的目光。“我们近期进行的免费艾滋病检测中，有些是高校的学生。艾滋病的潜伏期是8—10年，感染人群的高危行为许多是在大学期间造成的，对大学生的宣传十分必要。”崂山区疾病预防控制中心工作人员告诉记者。
“几天前来我这里咨询的，就是岛城某所高校的大二学生，与同性之间发生性行为，怀疑自己被艾滋病感染。每年来此咨询的学生有近百个，还有许多碍着面子不敢来，他们之间不当的性行为存在被艾滋病感染的风险。”青岛你我健康中心主任徐进表示。
“大学生感染艾滋病呈现出上升的趋势，比前两年有所增加，来我们这里进行诊断的不少是高校的学生。”徐进表示。这与全国的统计十分吻合。根据2009年11月底卫生部公布的数据，近三年，全国报告职业为学生的艾滋病病毒感染者和病人数呈逐年上升趋势。
“我们这次做了100份关于艾滋病的调查问卷，主要想了解大学生对艾滋病的了解程度，以便日后做针对性的宣传，以减少艾滋病对大学校园的侵害，现在艾滋病主要通过性行为传播，大学生群体是一个高危群体。”青岛大学校医院刘医生告诉记者。
◎担忧
学生的艾滋病预防知识缺乏
在对50份调查问卷的统计分析中发现，虽然大学生对艾滋病知识比较了解，但是涉及艾滋病的传播途径和预防方面，大学生了解的还是比较少。
“大学生对艾滋病的传播途径和预防了解还是比较少的，形式不是很乐观。”青岛你我社会工作服务中心主任徐进表示。统计分析的结果也证实了徐进的看法，艾滋病通过哪几种方式传播?哪几种方式可以预防艾滋病?这两个问题的正答率只有70%和64%。
“与前几年状况不同，现在性传播已经超过血液传播，成为艾滋病主要的传播途径。”青大校医院刘医生告诉记者。
徐进的话证实了刘医生的信息。“现在艾滋病的传染渠道主要是性传播，已经占到了65%。大学生处于青年阶段，是艾滋病的高危人群，但是许多学生意识不到，十分可惜。”徐进表示。
“不当的性行为是艾滋病的主要传播途径，其中不乏同性之间的性行为，以男性之间为主。”据青岛你我社会工作服务中心统计，其中高校的学生不在少数，所占的比率也比较高。根据卫生部的统计，在被感染的学生病例中，同性传播所占比例已经从从8%上升为36.9%，排第一位。
艾滋病在大学校园的宣传变得十分必要。崂山区疾病预防控制中心每年都为疑似人群进行免费检查。“在确诊的人群里面，有的是高校的学生，主要是通过不正当的性行为引起的。”崂山区疾病控制中心陆主任表示。
◎措施
宣传“防艾”，校园内外都在进行
“许多人开始认识到宣传的重要性，现在学校和社会上的许多机构都在为这方面做努力。”徐进表示，青岛你我社会工作服务中心每年都在年轻人密集的服务业以及高校开展讲座活动，成效也比较显著。“在我们讲座后的问卷调查中显示，大学生对同性爱的看法发生了很大改变，这是一种进步，可以减少不少人的心理负担。”徐进告诉记者。
“我们每年都会在高校进行艾滋病、结核病的宣传活动，并发放调查问卷，了解学生对艾滋病的了解程度，然后在采取针对性的措施。”崂山区疾病控制中心唐子龙主任表示。
除了一些社会公益组织，一些学校学生社团也在积极参与。“我们现在社团的主要任务就是对大学生进行性宣传教育，从一开始不被理解到现在许多学生自愿加入社团，氛围正在发生变化。”青大你我健康社社长鲁华玫告诉记者。
在徐进看来，关键是倡导学生采取争取的性行为方式，校方和社会各界都应该给予大学生更多正面支持和扶助，保护大学生这个群体，这不仅是在保护大学生，实际上是保护全社会。“只有这样，才能减少艾滋病对大学生的侵害。”徐进表示。(张杰)
