艾滋妈妈生出健康宝宝 跟踪检测孩子确认没问题

昨天出来的这个检测结果，让衢州龙游的一个家庭欣喜若狂，也让衢州市疾控中心的医务人员们十分开心。
原来，当地有一名被艾滋病病毒感染的孕妇，去年产下一个婴儿，如今，孩子已经1岁多，经HIV病毒抗体检测，结果显示未感染上艾滋病，这也意味着这例艾滋病母婴阻断尝试获得成功。
怀孕三个多月的她被查出HIV
这名孕妇来自龙游县。去年四月，在自愿婚检人员HIV筛查中，医务人员发现了这名艾滋病感染者。
更麻烦的是，当时这名女子已经怀孕三个多月。
“医学上一般建议终止妊娠。”龙游县医院的一位医生说，他们随即将这个情况反映到衢州市疾控中心。
疾控部门工作人员随后赶去找到了这名孕妇，告诉她，如果继续妊娠，很有可能会将艾滋病病毒传播给下一代；但如果放弃妊娠，也意味着其因为感染HIV，将可能再也不能做母亲了。
孕妇冒险生子，疾控部门严密监控
疾控部门将各种可能发生的情况都告诉了这位孕妇及其丈夫，最后，这家人选择，要把孩子生下来。
当地有关部门立即组织了艾滋病母婴阻断专家组，为这位孕妇制定抗病毒药物阻断方案，并申请来了母婴阻断抗病毒药品。龙游县疾控中心和县人民医院严密监测了整个阻断过程。
最后，经过剖腹产，这名孕妇顺利产下一个婴儿。
当时马上进行了HIV检测，结果是阴性。但根据相关规定，要在一年多之后再次检测孩子的情况，才能最终确认是否被感染。
最近，这名1岁多的婴儿又进行了抗体检测，结果依然是阴性。同时结合临床表现，专家认为完全符合有关艾滋病母婴传播阻断标准，该例母婴阻断取得成功。
据了解，感染了艾滋病病毒的妇女会在妊娠、分娩和哺乳等过程中，把艾滋病病毒传染给胎儿或婴儿。母婴间传播的自然发生率在30%左右，而且大部分感染了艾滋病病毒的婴幼儿，会在3岁以前死亡。 (徐颖之 王炜 盛伟)
