呼市今年4180人主动检测艾滋病

本报讯昨日，记者从呼市疾病预防控制中心了解到，呼市主动检测艾滋病的人数逐年增加，今年截至目前，已有4180人主动检测艾滋病。
呼市疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病防治科科长姚静介绍，前几年，呼市开始为市民提供免费的自愿咨询和检测服务，虽然提供的咨询检测服务严格保密，但实行的头几年，前来咨询检测的人数并不多。随着近年来相关部门不断加大对艾滋病防治知识的宣传教育力度，市民对艾滋病的认识也在不断发生变化，一些有过高危行为的人认识到及时检测的重要性和必要性。
呼市艾滋病咨询采取一对一服务，接受免费咨询检测者的个人资料由专人专柜保管。疾控专家介绍，前去咨询的人并非人人都需要检测艾滋病，如果专家确认其没有感染的可能，就不需要进行检测；如果有感染的可能，在求询者自愿的前提下进行检测。整个咨询检测过程，都是在单独的空间里进行的。
“恐惧比疾病本身更可怕。”姚静介绍，担心自己可能感染艾滋病的市民最需要的就是鼓起勇气咨询检测，通过专家的咨询分析和检测，不但能够及时了解自己的感染状况，还能得到心理支持，解除内心的恐惧和疑虑。

专家提醒：需要进行艾滋病咨询检测的对象主要分为9类：①有无保护的不洁性行为者；②男男性接触者；③共用注射器吸毒的人员；④发生艾滋病病毒职业暴露的医务人员或其他人员；⑤有偿供血、输血及血液制品史者；⑥感染艾滋病病毒的母亲所产新生儿；⑦患有溃疡性性传播疾病，如梅毒、尖锐湿疣、生殖器疱疹患者；⑧有过高危行为并有原因不明的长期发热或免疫功能极度低下者；⑨艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人的配偶和性伴。
