本报讯 云南省百户知识产权试点企业云南省药物研究所通过开展知识产权试点工作，形成了以专利权为核心、商标、品牌、版权为外围，防伪为补充的品牌立体式保护，创新成果形成知识产权的数量和质量逐年提高，自主研究开发的痛舒胶囊、肿痛搽剂、肿痛气雾剂、肿痛凝胶、伤益气雾剂5个系列药物，共获得3项发明专利和2项外观设计专利，拥有5个注册商标，药物上市后，省药检所抽检合格率为100%。
省药物所建立健全知识产权相关管理部门，合理配置管理人员，统一制定了知识产权工作规章制度及管理实施办法，并在试点期间加以逐步完善。该所设立知识产权专账专户，在企业研发经费中设置用于知识产权创造、管理、保护、运用的专项费用，且专账专用，保证了知识产权工作的正常开展。目前，该所生产、经营、销售的产品均获得发明专利，全所员工接受相关知识产权普及率达90%，中层以上领导干部全数参加相关知识产权培训，管理和科技人员相关知识产权普及率达到100%。在科研立项、产品开发、知识产权保护、技术引进、转化实施、战略研究等环节，该所均注重知识产权信息检索，吸取和利用相关专利信息，分析指导创新研究，全所创新成果形成知识产权的数量和质量逐年提高。截至今年4月共申报专利44项，获授权19项，其中发明专利15项，外观设计专利4项。
在探索建立与企业发展相适应的知识产权保护体系时，省药物所根据自身实际，结合药品领域的特点，从产品配方到制作工艺再到外观设计（外包装）实施专利、商标、品牌、著作权登记等全方位、多层次的立体式保护，已形成以专利权为核心、商标、品牌、版权为外围，防伪为补充的品牌立体式保护。从2007年起，该所产品使用全封闭式并贴有防伪商标的新包装，每一箱药有独立的箱标，每一盒药有独立的跟踪号，可实现倒追踪。
知识产权战略的贯彻实施，极大地提升了省药物所的核心竞争力。该所现拥有商标6项，“金品”商标被评为云南省著名商标及昆明市知名商标。自主知识产权药物肿痛气雾剂、痛舒胶囊荣获云南名牌产品，肿痛气雾剂、痛舒胶囊、肿痛搽剂被认定为云南省自主创新产品，痛舒胶囊、肿痛搽剂、气雾剂进入云南省医保目录，痛舒胶囊、伤益气雾剂进入国家OTC目录，痛舒胶囊评为国家重点新产品，痛舒胶囊、痛舒片、肿痛气雾剂进入国家医保目录，伤益气雾剂作为非处方药通过美国FDA审查注册，进入美国、加拿大、墨西哥等北美市场。
