　　神秘体检为何只针对外来妹

　　疾控部门表示，这是HIV检测，没有歧视的意思

　　最近，宁波鄞州古林镇的一些外来妹收到一张神秘体检通知单：“由于你们在不同的岗位工作，接触了各种不同的人群……对你们的身体进行一次免费检测”

　　最近，宁波鄞州区古林镇的一些外来妹，分别收到一张体检通知单，然而，通知单上却没有写明检查内容，问了医生也不肯说，这究竟是什么样的体检，要搞得这么神秘?

　　通过采访，记者了解到，这个体检主要是针对外来妹进行的HIV抽样调查。鄞州区疾控中心相关负责人认为，把事情搞得这么神秘，是没有必要的。

　　古林镇医生不肯说检查内容

　　张丽（化名）是四川人，去年初嫁给了宁波市鄞州区古林镇的一个年轻人，现在也住在古林镇，已融入这个家庭，也慢慢习惯了这个江南小镇的生活，一些简单的方言也能讲了。

　　10月27日，张丽从村里接到了一张《体检通知单》，让她第二天去检查身体。“一开始我也没仔细看，以为是村里妇女的例行免费检查身体，就想着，查查也无所谓。”张丽说。

　　10月28日，张丽来到通知单上所写的古林镇社区卫生服务中心。到了那儿，她才知道，全是非本地女性在等候抽血检查。

　　“这回查的是什么啊？”张丽问医生。

　　“这个……”医生支支吾吾地说：“你自己来查的话，要花200多元呢！”

　　这到底是个什么检查，会这么神秘？张丽又从口袋里拿出了通知单，仔细看了一遍，发现通知单上是这样写的：

　　“外来务工、外嫁女和外来妹是我区现代化建设的生力军，为我区的经济腾飞发挥了积极的作用，并为此立下了汗马功劳，是我们有目共睹的事实。由于你们在不同的岗位工作，接触了各种不同的人群，无疑也会对你们的身体带来一定的影响。现按照区疾控中心的要求，对你们的身体进行一次免费检测，希望你们全力配合，按时完成上级布置的工作任务。”

　　“谢谢你们的热情支持！”

　　落款是“古林镇社区卫生服务中心防保科”。

　　大家对这个检查颇多疑虑

　　“这是个什么检查，为什么只针对外地人？难道只有外地人才会得这种病吗？这种不明不白的检查，我没法接受。”张丽说，当时她觉得很生气，认为这是对外地人的一种侮辱，所以没有检查就回来了。

　　“医生要对我们的身体进行抽血检查，难道我们连起码的知情权都没有吗？不说明真相，我就不能接受这个不明不白的抽血检查。”昨天下午，当记者来到古林镇时，一些接到体检通知的人，也表达了这样的疑问。

　　张丽猜测：这个检测会不会与HIV有关？她说，以前也有过这样的经历，村里把通知单送到家里，并嘱咐这次检查很重要，一定要去的，“就算检查HIV病毒，医生应该告诉被检查者啊。大家都知道HIV主要是血液和性传播！难道本地人就全都‘干净’了？抽查对象全是外来妹，这不是歧视外来妹吗？”张丽的丈夫说，他自己虽是宁波人，但也看不惯这样的做法。

　　而这纸通知的措辞，也同样让很多人感到难以接受。其中一句是：“由于你们在不同岗位，接触了各种不同的人群。”一位外省嫁到古林的李女士说：“这个‘接触’是什么意思？怎么个‘接触’法？是不是说做‘小姐’接触？这句话里有文章啊！越看越像是在污辱人啊！”

　　而对那句——“对你们的身体进行一次免费和抽象的检查，希望你们全力配合，按时完成上级布置的工作任务”，张丽的丈夫很不解：没有写检查什么项目，还要完成任务，是什么意思？

　　疾控中心：外来妹属于防艾重点人群

　　带着大家的种种疑问，记者来到古林镇社区卫生服务中心。防疫科科长周锦祥对记者说，这次体检主要是宁波市鄞州区布置下来的任务，具体情况，要向鄞州区疾控中心了解。

　　记者随后又来到鄞州区疾控中心。结核病艾滋病防治科科长周碧波对记者说，这是他们对鄞州区一些乡镇外来妹进行的抽样体检，查的项目是HIV、乙肝和丙肝。对古林镇外来妹的查检，他们随机找了60例，且实行自愿原则，也就是说，受检查者的数量最多不超过60人。

　　为什么让外来妹、外嫁女接受HIV检查，而不让本地人接受呢？周碧波表示，这并没有对外来妹歧视的意思，一方面，本地户籍的人有相关的体检，而这种体检，外地人享受不到；另一方面，相对而言，外地人防艾意识和知识可能欠缺一些，同时，他们大多在20到40岁之间，属于性活跃期，属于防艾的重点人群。

　　从周碧波桌上的一份文件里，记者看到，这个重点人群包括外来婚嫁女、外来务工人员、外出务工返乡人员、从业人员中高危人群以及监管场所被监管人员等。

　　周碧波说，这个外来婚嫁女等中的“外来”，指的是“从外省来”。

　　通知单措辞确有不当之处

　　周碧波也认为，古林镇发给外来妹的这份通知，在措辞上是有不当之处，所以引起了大家的一些误会。

　　周碧波说，他们应该在通知上写明检测的内容就是HIV、乙肝和丙肝。如果当时没写明，被检查者提问时，也应该如实告之，让大家在知情、自愿原则上进行检测。

　　对于古林卫生院有医生说这些检测要200多元，周碧波认为夸张了，如果去医院查这些项目，价格在100元之内。同时，通知上的“抽象”应为“抽样”。

　　周碧波说，艾滋病现在处于比较快的发展期，已在威胁一般人群。通过抽样检查，有利于更好地了解到艾滋病发展状况，同时向更多的人宣传防治艾滋病知识。他们对外来妹的检查，没有歧视的意思，同时，他们也会对通知内容等细节上的东西进行改进，减少大家的误会。(记者 王晨辉 文/摄)
