山西艾滋病疫情呈缓慢上升趋势 衢州市艾滋病进入低流行期 今年前10月新发现感染者35名

中新网太原11月26日电(聂晶梅)26日，记者从2010年度山西省艾滋病疫情通报会上获悉，从2000年至2004年，艾滋病疫情年平均增幅164%，2005年至2009年，平均增幅10%，山西艾滋病疫情呈缓慢上升趋势。
山西省防艾办主任李书凯介绍，今年前三个季度，全省报告艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人513例，其中死亡85例，疫情中主要集中于太原、运城两市，报告感染者中，太原市最多为164例，占32.0%；其次是运城市140例，占27.3%。
目前，山西累计对1140例符合治疗条件的病人予以免费抗病毒药物治疗，其中成人1080例，儿童60例。在山西开设的三个美沙酮维持治疗门诊，累计治疗吸毒者1768人，正在治疗1131人，治疗保持率64.7%。
记者在此间会议中了解到，自2006年开始，艾滋病新报告感染者中，20～29岁年龄组比例持续增加，青年成为山西艾滋病感染的主要人群。
“艾滋病病人中，近一半是临床就诊时才发现。这些人作为传染源以隐蔽的状态长期存在，增加了艾滋病传播的危险性，加大了防控难度”，李书凯说，许多有高危行为的人未能主动检测，一些感染者不愿检测，不愿接受治疗，使早发现、早诊断、早治疗难以实施。(完)

12月1日是第23个世界艾滋病日，昨天，副市长罗卫红在市卫生局、市红十字会相关负责人的陪同下，来到市疾控中心，看望慰问了我市部分艾滋病患者和艾滋孤儿。 “艾滋病是人类共同的敌人，但艾滋病患者永远是我们的兄弟姐妹！”罗卫红勉励艾滋病患者一定要树立信心，主动配合治疗，同时呼吁全社会都来关心关爱艾滋病患者，支持艾滋病预防控制工作。
性接触仍是主要传播途径
来自市疾控中心艾结科的调查表明，今年1月至10月，我市新发现感染者35例，比去年同期上升16.7%，上升幅度有所减缓。目前已累计发现艾滋病感染者177例，其中艾滋病患者33例。
“我市自2001年首次发现艾滋病感染者后，艾滋病发现人数呈快速上升趋势，已从警戒期进入艾滋病低流行期，总体来看，全市艾滋病防治形势依然严峻复杂，防治工作正处于攻坚阶段。”市疾控中心主任方春福说。
据介绍，我市艾滋病感染者主要分布在20岁至39岁之间，这部分人占感染人群的78.6%，年龄最小的感染者仅3岁，年龄最大的感染者有66岁，感染者中，男性明显多于女性，比例为2.23：1。
市疾控中心艾结科科长王炜表示，在今年新发现的艾滋病感染者中，性接触传播比例达到80%，其中8.6%是同性性传播，男同性恋者已是我市艾滋病发感染中不容忽视的人群。
患者关怀救助机制初具雏形
29岁的王丽(化名)直到怀孕时才被查出感染了艾滋病，昨天，她抱着未满周岁的儿子也来到了慰问现场。幸运的是，可爱的小宝宝经过血液初检，目前并未发现感染艾滋病。
王炜称，由于艾滋病发病前具有较长潜伏期，目前我市主要依靠临床检测发现艾滋病感染者，今年新发现的艾滋病感染者40%是在术前、产前、孕前或婚前体检时查出患病的。
值得注意的是，眼下本地户籍感染者所占比例也明显上升，今年发现的艾滋病感染者中，本地户籍占54.3%。艾滋病播散人群进一步广泛，在农民、工人、公务员、商人中均有发现。
自11月起，卫生部门已经降低了艾滋病免费治疗的门槛，这意味着不少艾滋病病人能更早的得到治疗，缓解痛苦。
市卫生部门表示，经过8年多的探索实践，我市已初步建立了以市疾控中心为桥梁，多部门参与的艾滋病感染者关怀救助机制。迄今为止，全市累计已有55名生活贫困的艾滋病感染者及其家属纳入了低保救助，23名符合治疗条件的病人纳入免费抗病毒治疗。今年9月我市首例艾滋病“母婴阻断”也宣告成功，一名艾滋病孕妇顺利产下一名健康婴儿。
今后，我市还将组建防艾志愿者队伍，进一步发挥民间力量，加强艾滋病防治工作。（记者 李啸）
