明天是第23个世界艾滋病日，昨天，记者走进艾滋病区，感受它成立后的多年之变病人和医护人员说，社会环境对他们宽容了很多，但仍避免不了一些歧视——
在艾滋病区工作的小护士
不管多乖巧 都难找对象
37岁的赵鲜丽，在艾滋病区工作。9年前，病区只有1个大夫、1个护士，没人愿意来这儿。
10年过去了，这里的医护人员有28人，医生们的家属和亲戚逐渐接受了他们的工作。
30多岁的艾滋病患者王康说，社会环境有了很大改变，但冷漠仍让他们感到可怕。
12月1日是第23个世界艾滋病日，主题为“正视艾滋，尊重权益——点亮反歧视之光”。昨天，记者走进郑州市第六人民医院艾滋病区，揭秘艾滋病区的生活，感受艾滋病区成立10年之变。

冷漠成为最大歧视，足以左右生命
昨天上午，在郑州市第六人民医院艾滋病区，30多岁的王康躺在床上输液。
他70多岁的老母亲，坐在床边照顾他。
今年6月，王康反复拉肚子、口干。医生建议他去做艾滋病检查。拿到检查结果那天，他在医院大厅内，坐了一下午，“五雷轰顶，万念俱灰。”
他不敢把病情告诉朋友、妻子，一个人住进了医院。他一度病危，医生说，他可能会死。那晚，他躲在被窝里哭了一夜。
5个月了，哥哥没来看过他。在他看来，冷漠是对他最大的歧视，足以左右他的生命。
中西医结合感染科主任孙燕说，病区住了43个病人，最大的70多岁，最小的2岁多。艾滋病人呈现年轻化趋势，三四十岁的病人很常见。
目睹死亡
期待理解，让自己从容面对现实
5个月来，王康目睹了10多个病人死亡。“每天都嗅到死亡的气息。”
一个因输血患病的男孩过世那晚，王康一夜没合眼，“生命太脆弱了。”他决定好好治疗，“我还有家人要照顾。”
医生告诉他，只要配合治疗，艾滋病人身体免疫力达到正常人水平后，生活也不受影响。
王康的一个病友，出院后生活得不错。只是担心妻子离开他，没把情况告诉妻子，备受煎熬。
王康说，出院后，会商量着告诉妻子。“希望不要传染她，也希望孩子健康。”
在孙燕眼里，很多艾滋病人都抑郁，不敢告诉家人，不积极接受治疗，也会导致病情加重甚至死亡。
虽然还会受到歧视，但王康觉得，社会对他们宽容多了。出院后，他打算继续上班，或者出书讲讲自己的经历。

10年前，他们不敢走医院正门
和王康一样，在艾滋病区工作九年的赵鲜丽感觉，人们对艾滋病人越来越宽容。
2000年7月，郑州市第六人民医院艾滋病区成立。2001年11月，赵鲜丽来到病区工作。走进艾滋病区的第一天，赵鲜丽心中充满了恐惧。
“办公椅能不能坐，桌子能不能摸？”她彻夜睡不着觉。下班时，同事看见她躲着走。她和病区的同事，都走医院偏门，“走正门大家都躲着。”
病区接收的第一个病人，不久就过世了。赵鲜丽和同事把他用的被褥全烧了，“担心传染。”
有半年时间，病区招不来护士，赵鲜丽一个人照顾病人。清洁工也不愿意来，1个月内，七八个清洁工来了又走。不过，很快，医院的偏门拆了。慢慢地，赵鲜丽感觉没人躲着自己走了。
渴望宽容

每天，穿上普通工作服，戴上口罩后，孙燕就开始工作了。
如果给病人做穿刺等侵入性操作时，他们会穿上隔离服，戴上防护面罩、护目镜。“可能接触到血液，引发传播。”
有护士怀孕了，医院会考虑给她调岗。截至目前，他们没见到省内有医护人员工作时患上艾滋病的报道。“其实艾滋病就像一般的传染病，没什么可怕的。做好防护工作就行。”大环境一天天改变，仍避免不了一些人的“歧视”——在艾滋病区工作的小护士，不管多乖巧，找对象都难。
一位医生的丈夫说，他不敢向别人介绍爱人的工作，害怕看到异样的眼神。
还有个护士，她老公至今不知她在哪个病区工作。这种欺骗，并不是怕他们反对，更多的是怕他们担心。
如今，医院对这个病区有一定倾斜政策，护士们对艾滋病有所了解后，也都愿意在此工作。
起初，艾滋病区只有1个大夫、1名护士。现在，病区工作人员已有28人。
