中英艾滋病策略支持项目促进青海省艾滋病防治工作

青海新闻网讯 10月29日，记者从青海省中英艾滋病策略支持项目结题会议上获悉，国际合作项目——“中英艾滋病策略支持项目”自在我省实施以来，有力促进了全省艾滋病防治工作的深入开展，防治效果明显。
中英艾滋病策略支持项目在我省实施4年来，共投入资金287万元，覆盖17个部门、单位和系统。从最初的9个部门到目前的11个部门，实施范围稳步扩大，在政策宣讲、人员培训、项目管理等方面都取得了可喜成果；从摸索实施到总结出一系列的经验和体会，社会影响日益扩大。项目的成功实施，对提高领导层对防艾工作的认识，推动政策的开发与倡导，加强各层面的信息沟通与协作，强化政府贯彻执行中央政策、规划的自觉性，增强我省有效协调应对艾滋病的战略能力等方面起到了不可替代的积极作用。项目不仅向我省艾滋病防治工作提供了资金和技术支持，改进了现有信息网络，建立了有效的信息交流和利用机制，推广了国内外防治实践经验，还帮助各部门增强了组织协调与规划能力，加快了艾滋病控制千年发展目标的实现。
据了解，我省作为中英艾滋病策略支持项目新增二期项目省份之一，通过形式多样、方法灵活的考察、培训、协调、研讨、评估、规划等活动，进一步提高了各级领导干部的认识，健全了多部门协作机制，政府组织领导、多部门各负其责、全社会共同参与的艾滋病防治体系不断完善。项目实施期间，我省举办了“携手红丝带，共建新青海”、“艾滋病防治政策巡回宣讲”、“防艾主题报告会”等大型活动60余场次，共覆盖各类人群近万人，组织开展部门、系统内部培训50余场次，培训人员达4000余人次。(作者：李欣)

It is understood that the province as a strategy to support the Sino-British AIDS project added two project provinces, through various forms, methods and flexible inspection, training, coordination, research, assessment, planning and other activities to further enhance the leading cadres at all levels understanding, and improve the multi-sectoral coordination mechanism, the government organization and leadership, multi-sectoral duties, the whole society to participate in AIDS prevention and control system for continuous improvement.
