19人中检出两名疑似感染者

第23个世界艾滋病日来临之际，本报推出了关注艾滋病群体系列报道。12月3日晚上，记者随同河北区疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病防治科科长边忠伟及工作人员一起赶赴河北区一家“男同（男性同性恋者）”聚集场所，记录了艾滋病筛查的全过程。昨天，河北区疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病防治科工作人员张辉告诉记者，在该区某“男同”集散地，有两人被检出HIV阳性，疑似艾滋病毒感染者。
疾控中心致电两人
需再次采血进行复检
上周五晚，记者随同河北区疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病防治科科长边忠伟和工作人员张辉来到位于盐坨桥附近的一家洗浴中心，对聚集在这里的“男同”进行采血筛查。当晚8时30分至10时30分，先后有19人接受采血筛查。河北区疾控中心艾滋病实验室初查的结果显示，有两人HIV呈阳性，也就是说，有可能感染了艾滋病毒。
目前，张辉已分别给这两人打了电话，告诉他们初筛结果，通知他们有时间到疾控中心来采血，进行复检。第二次采集的血样，将被送往市疾控中心复查，如果结果仍呈阳性，就说明这个人是艾滋病毒感染者了，疾控中心将对其进行必要的干预，包括心理干预和药物治疗等。如果是外地来津人员，就会将他的资料转到其家乡去，由其家乡的疾控部门（CDC）对其进行干预。
“男同”成HIV感染者
检出率最高群体
昨天，张辉告诉记者，这两名“或许感染者”中，有一个人在上上个周五就去采血了，“当时检测出来是阳性，而且已经通知他了，但他没有来。上个周五，他又来采血了。”张辉介绍，这种表现在被检出者中比较常见。“他们的心理情况非常复杂，毕竟艾滋病目前还属于不治之症，人们大都认为，一旦被检出就等于判了死刑，所以，接到复检通知时，一时想不通，不来复查的人也是有的。”这名“或许感染者”还是不放心，所以又进行了第二次采血。
前天， 这名进行两次初筛均呈阳性的“或许感染者”到河北区疾控中心进行了复检的采血，目前结果还没有出来。另外一名“或许感染者”仍未露面。至于他们的身份，疾控中心的工作人员不得而知，甚至连他们登记的姓名都是虚拟的。在艾滋病防控工作中，替感染者保守秘密是一种工作要求。
19人中检出两例阳性，听起来未免恐怖。张辉介绍，这种检出率在“男同”群体中并不鲜见。“一般情况下，我们每次都能采集20个左右的血样，几乎每次都能检出1至3例阳性。”这也是“男同”成为HIV感染者检出率最高群体的原因。
