昆明3820人婚检 11人检出感染艾滋病7人有性病

本报讯记者昨天了解到，自昆明开展免费婚前医学检查以来，婚检的3820人中，检出疾病453人，疾病检出率11.85%。
据了解，昆明自实行自愿婚检以来，婚前医学检查率急剧下降，性病传染病发病率较高，出生缺陷发生率升高。今年9月，昆明开始实行免费婚前医学检查。3个月来，各县区结合实际，陆续启动开展了免费婚检工作。截至目前，登记婚检3820人，婚检率由2009年底的1.39%提高到26.8%。结果显示，昆明婚检的3820人中，检出疾病453人，疾病检出率11.85%。其中：传染病81人、HIV阳性11人、性病7人、严重遗传病6人、生殖系统疾病282人、内科系统疾病79人。
有关负责人表示，虽然免费体检取得了些成效，但前段的工作中出现了动员工作不够、一站式婚检服务工作不够到位、群众意识较差等问题和困难。在较多的地区，这项普惠民生工程，没有得到政府有关部门和机构的重视，没有按规定流程开展婚姻登记工作，目前昆明婚检率与80%的目标还相距甚远。
下一步，在大力开展婚前医学检查宣传教育的同时，市民政部门将严格按照“向申请登记的准婚人员发出免费婚检联系卡——查验《婚前医学检查证明》和回收免费婚检联系卡——婚姻登记”的工作流程，规范婚姻登记工作，并改进婚检工作。
