台湾罹患艾滋病男子捐血 致2人感染其中1人丧命

中新网12月7日电 据台湾《苹果日报》报道，今年四月，岛内再次出现的一例输血感染艾滋个案，一名二十多岁、有男性间性行为的男子，疑似以捐血筛检艾滋病毒，结果造成两名受血者不慎感染，其中一人已死亡。
台湾血液基金会已发给每人三百万元(新台币，下同)救济金。另捐血男子已被移送法办。台当局“卫生署疾管局副局长”林顶表示，上述男子约每半年捐血一次，今年四月确认他感染艾滋病毒，该局立刻追踪台湾血液基金会捐血者资料，发现男子一月份曾捐血，并循线找到两名受血者，其中一名八十多岁受血者已死亡，推论有可能遭感染，但另名六十多岁男子经确认已遭感染，两位受害者血液基金会都给予三百万元救济金。
林顶强调，该男子有男性间的性行为，捐血前却不说明而造成他人感染，依法可处五年以上、十二年以下有期徒刑，已将当初男子捐血前填写问卷等当成证据移送法办。
台湾血液基金会公关处长丛萍表示，台湾社会这些年来艾滋病患渐增，因此捐血前对捐血者的问诊与面谈更为仔细，捐血者捐血前须填问卷和体检表，以排除感染艾滋、甲型乙型肝炎病毒等疾病；此外，曾从事性工作者、曾吸毒或慢性酒精中毒者、静脉注射药物成瘾者，或曾有男性间性行为者，都不得捐血。
丛萍解释，女性间的性行为因为没有性器官侵入，不易透过黏膜感染艾滋病毒，因此目前只限曾进行男性间性行为者不得捐血。
林顶呼吁，民众切勿透过捐血来检验艾滋病，台湾现有二十二家医院提供匿名筛检，各县市卫生局也有相关服务，可致电各地卫生局查询。
