74万PK3.6亿 舆论的变异比“艾滋病菌”更可怕

近日，四川的一名艾滋病患者因盐边县教育局拒绝招聘其为老师，便以“就业歧视”和“侵犯隐私权”为名动用法律武器将当地教育部门告上法庭。此举竟然获得了不少人、甚至许多媒体的同情和支持，网络上下就要不要对艾滋病菌携带者给以包容和照顾，展开了激烈争论。
据媒体报道，这个化名小军的艾滋病患者，出生在四川省大凉山贫苦农民家庭， 2002年师范学校毕业后，曾通过努力在当地一所小学当代课教师。2006年，他所在地区举行代课教师转正考试以一分之差与教师岗位失之交臂。之后为了生计，先后在广州、成都、重庆等地打工。2010年6月参加了盐边县事业单位教师岗位考试，通过笔试和面试，进入体检程序，但后被告知因艾滋病检查属阳性而被拒绝录取，从而引发了一场全国性的“口水战”。
两针锋相对的观点使数10万的网民卷入其中。一种观点则认为：这些人是“自作孽不可活”，任何人都应该对自己的行为负责。一种观点认为：艾滋病患者是弱视群体，应该得到社会的宽容和照顾。批评或者不重视对艾滋病携带者的保护，就是不人道，就是落后，就是不文明。后一观点得到了许多专家，甚至是政府部门的支持。
据卫生部和教育部统计的数据：目前，我国艾滋病患者有74万。全国少年儿童的总数为3.6亿人。民间机构的调查显示：艾滋病患者中80%是属于不当性行为、注射毒交叉感染的，只有20%是因为输血时被感染的，而毒源则是前面的80%。通过这个数据，我们最起码可以得出这样一个比较，74万比3.6亿，那个大，那个小，那个重，那个轻，那个应该保护，那个应该鄙视不用多言就一目了然了。
作为一个正在走向繁荣、富裕的文明国度，应该做什么，不应该做什么，应该弘扬什么，鞭挞什么，社会与舆论应该有一个明确的标准和态度。遗憾的是，这些年，中国在学习借鉴西方经验促进经济发展的同时，却让一大堆连西方国家也不耻的“苍蝇”“蚊子”飞了进来，可怕的是这种明明被科学验证是有害的东西，却被一些人奉为“神鸟”，并与国家形象挂起钩来，进而愚弄民众视听。
毫不夸张地说，中国的一些媒体、学者和官员对事物的判定与评价已经进入到了一个非理性的、混乱的状态。当一个很不正常的评价体系控制了人的大脑神经，尤其是所谓的精英的头脑时，这个社会就会变得没有了是非观念和道德标准。比如人们对“虐猫事件”“流浪狗”和艾滋病携带者的过度关注，从表面上看是人性的体现和张扬，但正是这种对动物的极度同情和怜悯的假相，掩饰了人对同类的冷漠与无情。也就导致了“血拆迁”“毒牛奶”“我爸是李刚”以及“宁肯坐在宝马车上笑，决不坐在自行车上哭”等一系列社会问题的出现，信仰危机、信任危机、道德危机已经成为比经济危机更可怕的社会动荡的“定时炸弹”。
再回到74万艾滋病患者的话题上，目前的舆论将艾滋病患者或携带者称为弱势群体，并滥用公共资源加以爱抚，显示是对公众利益的公然侵犯。试问：农民工是不是弱势群体？城市的蚁族是不是弱势？低收入者是不是弱势群众？全国3.6亿少年儿童是不是弱势群体？需不需要爱抚？谁最应该得到爱抚？弱智都知道绝对不会是“艾滋病患者”。那些为政绩整天叫嚣给“艾滋病菌携带者”以工作权利的官员，绝对不可能与这些人一起工作，那些像苍蝇一样嚷嚷着允许“艾滋病菌携带者”成为老师的学者，也绝对不可能愿意让自己的孩子成为“艾滋病菌携带者”的学生，这就是当下精英的无耻与浅薄。
由此可见，社会舆论的变异要比“艾滋病菌”更可怕、更具破坏性。本着对整个社会负责，对3.6亿少年儿童负责的原则，中国应该按照中国的实际，象当年防治“麻风病”一样，对“艾滋病菌携带者”进行强制行的治疗和管理，并在全社会树立正气，让滥交、吸毒、艾滋病成过街老鼠，人人鄙视，人人喊打，以维护正常的人类生存环境。目前这种放养式、供奉式的作法，不公起不到很好的防治作用，还会造成“合法”的传播，从而误导民众的认识，贻害群众、贻害国家。
