中医治艾滋 方剂+针灸

治疗此症应以滋肾养肺为主。可把知柏地黄汤与沙参麦冬汤合用，方药可随症加减。每日煎一剂，取汁，分两次口服。
沙参麦冬汤的常用方药是：玉竹、麦冬、扁豆、沙参各10克，桑叶6克，生甘草3克，天花粉15克。
归脾汤的常用方药是：龙眼肉、酸枣仁、茯苓、当归、远志各10克，白术9克，炙甘草5克，黄芪、党参各12克，木香5克，生姜3片，大枣3枚。
补中益气汤的常用方药是：黄芪15克，党参、白术、当归各10克，桂皮6克，炙甘草5克，柴胡、升麻各3克。
知柏地黄汤的常用方药是：熟地20克，山萸肉、山药、泽泻、茯苓、丹皮、黄柏各10克，知母15克。
一、肺肾阴虚型：
此类艾滋病人多因肾精亏，精病累气，气病及血，进而导致脾虚所致。其主要的临床表现是：气短乏力、恶心、纳差、腹泻、心悸、消瘦、头晕目眩、舌淡红、苔薄白、脉沉细弱等。
二、脾虚血亏型：
治疗此症应以补中养血为主，可把补中益气汤与归脾汤合用，方药可随症加减。每日煎一剂，取汁，分两次口服。
据有关部门的一项流行病学调查显示，截至2003年6月30日，我国艾滋病的感染人数约为104万人，其中20—29岁的年轻人大约占感染总数的53.6%.我国艾滋病的感染人数居亚洲第二位，居世界第十四位。因此，在我国防治艾滋病的形势十分严重。
三、热扰营血型：
羚角钩藤汤的常用方药是：羚角2克(或山羊角10克)，生地、白芍、茯神各15克，川贝母、桑叶、甘草各5克，竹茹、钩藤、菊花各10克。此药每日煎一剂，分两次服用。
治疗此症应以泄热解毒、清营凉血为主，并辅以息风开窍，可选用清营汤或羚角钩藤汤或服用中成药紫雪丹或至宝丹等。
此类艾滋病人多因肾阴不足、虚火燥热、热犯营血、迫血妄行而致病。其主要的临床表现是：有高热、斑疹、吐血、咯血、出鼻血、尿血、便血，甚至有神昏谵语、抽搐、痴呆、癫痫或麻木不仁等症状。
针灸方法
从上述各点不难看出，中医治疗艾滋病将独树一帜，具有相当大的发展前景及潜力。
对上述三种类型的艾滋病人在进行中药治疗的同时，还可以选用针灸疗法进行辅助治疗，以便提高机体的反抗力。可轮流针灸以下穴位：足三里、三阴交、命门、气海、关元、肾俞、神阙、肺俞、膏肓等，驱邪解毒可针刺筑宾穴。但对于有出血或易感染的艾滋病患者，则应慎用或忌用针灸疗法。
清营汤的常用方药是：水牛角10克，黄连3克，玄参、生地、麦冬、丹参、银花、连翘各15克，竹叶5克。此药每日一剂，可分两次服用。
