中盖艾滋病项目监督委员会第三次会议在京召开

中国卫生部会同国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室与美国比尔及梅琳达·盖茨基金会艾滋病防治合作项目（简称“中盖艾滋病项目”）监督委员会第三次会议3月5日在京召开。卫生部疾控局、国际司、盖茨基金会北京代表处、中华预防医学会、中国性病艾滋病防治协会、联合国艾滋病规划署驻华办事处、中国疾控中心性病艾滋病中心和感染者个人代表参加了会议。项目监督委员会主任、卫生部国际合作司司长任明辉主持会议。会议肯定了2009年项目工作进展，认为通过不断完善管理工作，项目各项核心指标均有提高，在促进检测、推进疾控、医疗机构和非政府组织“三位一体”合作方面取得了积极进展。会议还通过了2010年工作计划及预算。会议强调，要加强项目管理，深入开展绩效评估；要根据核心指标和实施情况，对项目地区进行调整；要进一步完善管理机制，加强参与项目的政府与非政府机构的沟通协调和培训；加大对男男同性恋等高危人群的干预力度，鼓励新做法的探索；要注重经验总结和推广，促进项目可持续发展。
中盖艾滋病合作项目于2007年启动，为期5年，项目总经费5000万美元，覆盖北京、天津、上海、重庆、海南等15个地区。项目旨在通过以艾滋病高危人群行为干预和防止艾滋病感染者进一步传播为重点的综合防控措施，遏制艾滋病在中国的流行。

Chinese Ministry of Health in conjunction with the State Council AIDS Working Committee Office and the United States Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation AIDS Prevention and Care Project (the "AIDS projects in the cover"), the third meeting of the Oversight Committee March 5 in Beijing. The Ministry of Health Disease Control Bureau, International Division, the Gates Foundation Beijing Office, the China Preventive Medicine Association and the Chinese Association of STD and AIDS prevention and treatment, UNAIDS office in China, the Chinese Center for Disease Control of STD and AIDS Center and the participation of representatives of those infected individuals the meeting. Project Oversight Committee Director, International Cooperation Department Ministry of Health, Director Ren Minghui chaired the meeting. The conference affirmed that the progress of the project in 2009 that by continuously improving management of the project's core indicators have improved in the promotion of testing, promote disease control, medical institutions and non-governmental organizations "Trinity" cooperation has made positive progress. Cooperation projects in the cover of AIDS was launched in 2007 for a period of five years, total funding for 50 million U.S. dollars, covering Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Hainan, in 15 regions. Project is aimed at high-risk groups through AIDS, behavioral intervention and to prevent the further spread of HIV infection focused on integrated prevention and control measures to curb the AIDS epidemic in China.
